    My Tefal comes with a rotissierie and thick grill plate and is great you can also put the trays and door in the dishwasher in daily use

    I’ve had my tower for over 3 years now … use it everyday… amazing product

      That's good to hear that it lasts that long, and that you still enjoy using it.

      We have the Tower one, I would say we use it most days, really useful as we only have a single oven, which can be a bit wasteful for cooking just one small item.

    I bought the Tower before seeing your review or the comments. Have to say, the reason I bought it specifically was because I liked the layout with different level shelves and glass door/light inside. I’ve had it only a week, no difficulty keeping it nice and clean. So far have done burgers, breaded fish fillets, salmon fillets, pork belly strips, bacon, and home made chip potatoes. Not tried rotisserie, no desire to either. I am amazed how well the Tower works - and cheap to run. Cook the burgers in 15 mins (from fridge cold) on top position and it costs 10p if set to 180° for example.
    My only gripe is that the shelves are a bit fiddly to get in and out whilst cooking, but for me this is a minor point and I was kind of aware that this would be so before the purchase. Overall very pleased!

      Thanks for the message, I agree it's one of the best air fryers. After a bit of use, the grated shelves do take a bit of time to clean, but overall, it's worth it compared to some of the cheaper air fryers.

      @@its-review-time - I’m an air frier newby, been holding off until I found this one. I didn’t want “non-stick” surfaces that I actually cook on, so that was another plus for me (granted the drip tray is non-stick, but I’m not cooking directly on that).

    I have the Tower. I make baby chicken on the rotisserie. Perfect fit. I put foil over my trays when doing fish or chicken wings. I also do frozen pizza....no foil on the tray.
    I use a lemon juice/white vinegar/bicarb mixture to clean the grease and grime. Amazing what comes off.

    You know if a 10" regular market bought pizza can fit in either of those? It'd be a great replacement for a friday night pizza instead of using the huge oven

    that multi skewer rotisserie bit of kit doesn't come with the tower as standard. you have to buy it separate. the deeper tray (tefal) is for chips (genius). and you can see through the tefal window no problem.
    the annoying thing with both is that you can't get a tray in the middle shelf due to the rotisserie assembly. they could engineer this better i think.

    • @its-review-time
      @its-review-time  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi thanks for the comment 👍, The Tower comes in 2 versions the 5 in 1 which doesn't come with the multi skewer rotisserie, or for a bit more money the 10 in 1 comes with the multi skewer rotisserie, plus a few more extra bits, The one I reviewed was the 10 in 1 version, with the multi skewers included in the price, they sell both versions in Argos or Amazon.

    I've just got a tower and it's brilliant I'm very impressed with it the only thing I haven't tried is the rotatisery on it, I'm very impressed with it and I use it all the time I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a really good airfryer.

    How was the tefal for air frying?

  • @smudgealdrin1512
    @smudgealdrin1512 ปีที่แล้ว

    Whatever the book says on temp & time.... Add to it. You will figure it out over time. They are a great oven . I use it more than my gas oven in my caravan . I have the Tefal & dont cook for more than two for which it is an ideal size . Knocked out a fair few sunday roasts in it . The rottisarie cooks a whole small chicken or small joint to perfection.

      Trussing the chicken so that the legs and wings stay tucked in is pretty much essential. I have rotisserie roasted chickens up to 1.5Kg in my tower without anything touching the sides or top.

    Bought one just recently after watching these videos,very Disappointed, you only cook two trays, because the rotisserie , why there isn’t any Non Stick is beyond me ,cooking fries in non stick utensils,I had to keep opening the door to stir them to make they didn’t stick , not a patch on the twin draw Ninja,.
