Led Zeppelin big but without the record sales. They were adored and loved. Bands could be big in those days and not get airplay or record sales. Grateful Dead? Word of mouth before internet.

As someone who’s born In 98 60-80s music Is all I listen to Grand Funk being a favorite of mine.
Yeeeahhh, its sad that this happens. But they'll grow up trying to show their kids the music they grew up with, and it'll be the same thing repeated over and over. That's why my parents played oldies ever since I was a baby. I grew up with shit that was way before my time, and during my time.
It happens, it's probably why I had a fascination with my parents' music of the 50's and 60's because of what I had to hear in the car every morning before school.
I've always with Homer with my taste with music. 😀

One thing I learned from parents is that they had better choices about songs and bands than me. No one can beat the 1970s era.
