Bike ride on Arlington Loop: Mt Vernon Trail, Four Mile Run Trial, W & OD Trail, Custis Trail; then a ride back into Downtown Washington DC

Great video. I always wondered how poeple got from the Mt. Vernon trail to the W&OD. I didn't realize that trail ran along four mile run.

My son saw this and told me it showed where we used to live but moved from there in 1972 to a bedroom community to get away from the crowded apartment! Barcroft apartments!
