Yeah but they isn't practical for travelling far journeys and travelling to work and arriving sweating is not ideal

Why can i use rental ones on the road and not my private ones. Don't make sense. Basically the government don't want people to have free transport.
If cyclists can ride on the road then why cannot e scooterswhich goes same speed as a cycle
