agency wise at my company (w/ high ticket offers) in case this helps anyone cold calling has significantly outperformed cold email cross-niche; cold sms too is 40/100 response rate and 1/60 discovery call rate, email is 70-90% open w/ 1-2% reply/dc, cold calling though is 10-20/100 w/ 1-3 dc's per 100. obv. email scales better but good closers (not va's unless you can find really good ones) at least for us can pull 10-15 dc's a week. as long as niche is fairly unsaturated that alone is 30k+ monthly.

So the ultimate hack is to read the SLC book and then Sell a Good Conversion Marketing System (i.e. funnels, workflows, & CRM, etc.) Build that out on the customer's GHL Account, and sell that at higher prices.
But how would you give the business owner client more leads and the GHL program for free? It's not free, it's $297/month. You're not getting anything for them for free. I don't get it. Someone explain please?

I'm good at learning new stuff, how to use software and I'm really creative once I master a specific thing, but my thought is: "Ok, I've build this funnel, the E-Mail Marketing series etc., the customer subscribed to gohighlevels and so on. What's next? I mean, am I supposed to keep assisting or providing a service to a growing amount of clients a one-man-show?". I might be misunderstanding Option 2. Doesn't the customer have to pay for the software if you sign them up?
You give them the sales materials for free, but you only get a commission when they pay for the software, right?
I love the editing of your videos! And the content is priceless. After I saw 7:51 How to get to customers, you say "we're gonna build out a specific funnel for a niche". I'm good at learning new stuff, how to use software and I'm really creative once I master a specific thing, but my thought is:
"Ok, I've build this funnel, the E-Mail Marketing series etc., the customer subscribed to gohighlevels and so on. What's next? I mean, am I supposed to keep assisting or providing a service to a growing amount of clients a one-man-show?".
This is NOT a complain or something, but the way how you promote this strategy is "Collect subscriptions by building funnels and forget the customers", but I cannot figure out how to say to my customer "Look, here is your funnel, the rest is yours. If you want to solve problems or change something, you have to hire someone else".
And as I am writing this, I came to the idea of offering the services of a extern marketing agency, which can pay a provision for getting them clients and works with the same software as the one I chose.
What would you recommend to keep it as simple as possible?

Please sir, can you reduce the effects a little, please the information your passing is valuable enough. for a lengthy video, you can maybe reduce from every 3 sec, to maybe every 10 sec since i understand u want to increase retention, but please it too much, and its tiring cus almost everyone on here is doing same so it's no longer unique but rather cliche and its tiring... please it's just a genuine observation.
