My 2 cent..
To locate the canal orifices, plz invest in an endo explorer.. it is a cheap but very useful tool, its indispensable.
6 or 8 no file wont help at all as they bend very easily.. its impossible to probe the pulpal floor with either for finding canal orifices without destroying them.
Also.. always give closed dressing except when there is some huge periapical issue and associated facial swelling.
Also.. the very 1st sitting has to include occlusion reduction for the tooth..
Very important.
Get if possible an apex locator..
Very very useful.. propex pixi by dentsply is cheap yet reliable.. no need for those fancy display ones.
Also.. if u want to learn endo.. then buy latest 11th edition cohen pathways of the pulp book and chatto usko.. in ur free time..
It really will make a difference in you endo pratice expecially newbies..

Bmp mae most important Irrigation agr hai to Recapitulation is equally important...
And aapne heroshapers/protapers ka koi use nai btaya which is also a most important procedure, orifice shaping is also important otherwise obturation material kaise place krenge.... please give detailed information to people you are willing to teach

Never, give open dressing, of it is draining
Clean at wait for drainage to stop
But never give open
It may worsen your case

Hi, In open dressing we don't use temporary filling material, just place cotton, and in open dressing we use it.....for practical u can see next part of this video..👍👍
