डॉक्टर साहब मेरा उम्र २५ साल है मैं हमेशा रनिंग और हाई जंप करता हूं सरकारी नौकरी के लिए एक बार मुझे जंपिंग करते समय बटक के ऊपरी हिस्से यानी कमर के नीचे खिंचाव महसूस हुआ फिर दर्द करने लगा। आज 8 महीने से जूझ रहा हूं जब सोता हूं तो एक स्थिति में पैर रख के फिर जब पैर उठता हूं उस स्थिति बदलने के लिए तो दर्द बहुत होने लगता है, मैने नस वाले डॉक्टर से दिखाया था उसने दावा लिखी और एक लिक्विड बॉटल नस में दिया था बिलकुल आराम हो गया था 15 दिन से 1 महीने में फिर जब दवा खाना छोड़ दिया तो फिर दर्द होने लगा... किरपा करके उपाय बताएं🙏

Mera nam jaydeep hai, sangli, Maharashtra se. mujhe is tarah ka pain ho raha hai. Left leg me buttocks se lekar heels tak pain mehsus ho raha hai. Chalne me dikkat ho rahi hai ,heels me bahot dard hai.agar heels upar uthake chalu to chalne me kuch dikkat nahi hoti magar jaise hi heel niche lelu dard saha nahi jata. Dr ko bhi dighaya unhone kaha nerve dab gayi hai physiotherapy bhi ki lekin abhi tak dard kam nahi ho raha hai .peeth me kuch dard nahi horha sirf sote vakt dikkat he buttock me pain hone ke karan karvat Lena asani se mumkin nhi hota.jub tak medicine chalu hai tab tak relief milta hai. Baad me pehle jaisa pain chalu ho jata hai.
BTW, sir aapne jankari bahot achhi di hai ,is tarah se clear jankari Hume nahi mili ki asal me Hume kya bimari hai ya Hume kya hua hai. *Apki jankari se pata chala ki asal me hua kya hai*.thanks sir .

Hi Dr. Manocha, I was experiencing the same problem (mild pain/burning sensation) earlier this week, I referred to this and Tailbone/Coccydynia pain video, I must say that both the videos are very informative and helped me to understand the root cause and also the treatment. As the pain was mild, I went for physiotherapy (will also follow lifestyle alterations as suggested) and it helped to remove my pain. Doctor Mai is dard se bahut pareshan hai. Abhi tak malum nahi tha ki muze itna dard q hai buttock area me. Ye dard hai muze lekin ise piriformis syndrome bolte hai ye pata nahi tha. Ab samaj me aya ki ye bhi disease hota hai. Apka video dekhkar iske bareme bahut awareness aya. Isi karan mera left leg me hamesha numbness aur dard rahta hai. 👍

1. Diffuse disc bulge noted involving L4-5 & L5-Sl intervertebral disc with
ligamentum flavum prominence causing indentation over bilateral traversing
nerve roots & dural theca of exiting nerve roots.
2. Degenerative spondylosis changes are noted in form of anterior & posterior
osteophytes in few cervical / dorsal / lumbar vertebral bodies.
3. Diffuse disc bulge noted in volving C5-6 intervertebral disc with ligamentum flavum
prominence causing indentation over thecal sac.
4. Disc desiccation is noted involving few cervical intervertebral disc in form of
decreased signal in T2w images.

डॉक्टर से xray करवाया, वो कहता है स्पाइन सीधी हो गई है इसलिए साइटिका pain होता है। और पीठ के muscle भी स्टिफ हो गए हैं।
अन्त्य इंफ्लमैशन दवाई खा रहा हु।
मेरी कंडीशन इस प्रकार है Please suggest somthing
1 ) 20 - 25 दिन तक दर्द लगातार हुआ है। खास खास मूवमेंट पे शूटिंग pain अलग
2 ) पहले लेटने से (उल्टा या सीधा ) आराम था लेकिन बैठा नहीं जाता था
3 ) अब लेटा नहीं जाता मगर चौकड़ी मार कर बैठ लेता हु।
4) मेरा काम कंप्यूटर का है (7 -8 घंटे लगातार ) जो की अभी भी बैठ सकता हु।
5 ) घुटनो को ज्यादा से ज्यादा फैलाकर बैठने से आराम मिलता है। तांग पर अपना वजन रखने से सब ठीक हो जाता है
6 ) चलते वक्त कमर बिलकुल सीधी नहीं होती (नर्व पर खिंचाव होता है या दर्द )
7) सेट्टी पर बैठ कर और बेड पर तकिये पर सर रखकर रात भर सोता हु
8) लेट जाऊँ तो लेफ्ट घुटना (साइटिका वाला) कंधे तक ले जा कर उठु तो ही उठा जाये नहीं तो शूटिंग pain की तरफ मूवमेंट होने लगती है

Hi Doc. Thanks for the informative video. I'm from delhi. I have been having left buttock pain and cramps in the left leg since last 3 months. Although I have a L4-L5 bulge 10mm but no back pain since the last 3 months. I have a desk job and had a habit of sitting crossed legged. Is this pain because of piriformis Or the bulge? Even ones I have done MRI. In report Diffuse disc bulge noted at L3- L4 level with ligamentum flavum and early facetal arthopsthy changes are seen
