Spaces - and the way we utilize them is very important. The minute you have two couches.. the distance between them gets equally divided between the two persons. It is an unspoken rule that the minute you have crossed the centre you are in the other person's space. Have just one couch with both sitting on it if 'being cozy' is so important. But dont establish a space and then cross it.. Its very discomforting and creepy
It's not necessarily to kneel ...the guests aren't her patients or children 😅, she isn't a psychicologist/psychiatrist neither. She can build trust withouth being creepy. Back in high school, a friend of mine wanted to take his then-first girlfriend on a first date. She told him she wanted to go to an amusement park with roller coasters and other types of scary rides. Since he was also afraid of these rides, a week before the date, he went to the park every single day by himself and rode the scariest rides to get used to them and not look scared in front of his date 😂
