I'm pleased that the video did so well, my expectations for how it would have performed were nothing like the final result. Trust me, I wouldn't either. I'm personally shocked that the video came out this well for what is essentially my first venture into Objection lol, but I'm happy all the same.
It's so nice to see a alternative reality in which Phoenix doesn't remain maidenless. In all honesty after everything that happened here I wouldn't be surprised if Phoenix and Iris got married by Ace Attorney 2-3 and have at least 1 child together by Apollo Justice Ace Attorney (aside from Trucy).

I can absolutely believe that Phoenix and Iris would get married at some point (I personally think that if it wasn't for the unfortunate circumstances that they met under, Iris would have absolutely become his wife), and the thought of them having their own kid and even raising Trucy together is just really sweet.
Been starved for Feenris content and you cooked up a delicious banquet for all. Character development for Bryne and Valerie is very much appreciated as they have plenty of room to be utilized in stories like these and more. Thoroughly enjoyed it as a Feenris shipper and as an overall AA fan

If this branches out from this literally point into a series, I'd be all in for it! Love how you brought back the other older characters and giving Mia a massive role here that hits it off naturally with the couple as well. This was awesome and keep it up :DDD

I feel like Iris was done dirty by the series after Trials and Tribulations (and even then, the one case she was in steals half of her screentime and gives it to Dahlia instead), it would have been so cool to see her in Apollo Justice, quite a wasted opportunity in my opinion. When I see a character that I feel would fit in the video pretty well, I try to incorporate them into the story, and it wouldn't be a Trials and Tribulations video if Mia doesn't outsmart Dahlia in every way imaginable.

Damn those Byrne Faraday sprites are blurry lmao. Love this video- its literally what ive been wanting since I played T&T years ago. Its so sad that Iris was a one and done character. This sequence of events makes a lot more sense to me.
@@sharkattack153 Unfortunately, those are the only sprites of him that exist out there, if only someone would upscale them. Nevertheless the sprites are still really cool and I love the animation work on them. Iris is a character that honestly doesn't get the appreciation she deserves, most people tend to call her either a plot device or a complete doormat to her sister. Obviously I disagree with both of those takes and I wanted to give some time in the spotlight to her (God knows the one case she was in didn't give her that much screentime), I'm glad that I did her character Justice (pun totally intended).

They love shipping phoenix with every other character under the sun, and when so when capcom gives them a canonical love interest they hard reject it. That being said, I think she does play into Dahlia's hands a bit too much. Though I think that's mostly a result of trials and tribulations being the third game in the series. Had Iris acted like you written her- (more realistically in my opinion) ace attorney 1 would have been full of plot holes. (Namely where did Iris go? Etc.) So I think they did they best with what they had, given that the original ace attorney was never planned to have sequels. Thanks so much for making this video man! It was a great watch. Hope you continue making these.
@@sharkattack153 Iris and Phoenix getting back together (eventually anyway) would be really satisfying from a narrative standpoint, but I absolutely understand why Capcom would never do that (they wouldn't want to upset other shippers), I'm fine with people not shipping Feenris and I'm not going to attack someone because of their opinions (unless they start going after other ships that is). The whole "Iris banishing herself to Hazakura Temple" mainly exists as an excuse for why she wasn't in the first two games (obviously they never intended to give Phoenix a love interest), so much pain could have been avoided if Iris had told him the truth (whether before or after Doug was killed) but they couldn't because........you know. I'm happy that the video delivered, Thanks for watching.
It would have meant that Phoenix and Iris would be together (I'll be extremely pleased if that ever happens), unfortunately they couldn't do that because it would contradict the first two games.

WHAT THE HECK THIS IS SO DETAILED!? AHHHHH FEENRIS ❤ I’m super curious about what could happen next in this timeline! The next would be the first game, which well… Iris would still be with Nick by then! I bet Iris would be watching Larry’s trial, Larry meeting Iris would be fun as well. I wonder if Tournabout Sisters would change… I hope Mia won’t die but she probably still might unless Iris stayed behind with Mia, so that would complicate Redd White’s plans. Assuming Mia dies still, Tournabout Samurai won’t change too much maybe, as well as Goodbyes and Rise from the Ashes, though Maya and Iris would be there to help out Nick. The second game probably also won’t change too drastically, though Reunion mighttttt change a little with Morgan, since Iris is here with Nick. Though Morgan would still want to frame Maya so I suppose it still happens. I wanna imagine Pearl bonding with her older sister Iris, that would be so wholesome! Pearls wouldn’t ship Nick and Maya anymore obviously since she’ll see Mystic Iris. Big Top probably won’t change, neither would Farewell. I think Maya would still be kidnapped, and obviously Iris would also be worried, she’s close to Maya now at this point and would regard her like family. The third game mighttttt change, if Mia’s still dead then Godot might still be angry with Nick, but even moreso since he sees Iris. I feel like even if he finds out that Dahlia got arrested already from what she did to Godot, he’d still be angry at Iris for helping her sister before and Nick for failing to protect Mia. So the third game might still happen, but things would have to change to account for Iris now living with Nick. But I think Nick’s disbarment might not happen? Sure, Maya’s not there to help him, but Iris would be by his side and might be able to hint about the forged evidence thing. Nick still might adopt Trucy, which would be cute since Trucy would have a mom too! And if Maya and Pearl are still in contact with Iris and Nick, then Trucy would have two big sisters too. From then on, idk what else would happen as we go onwards, but this timeline is a treat! This being your first and right now only video is amazing-its so good!! I do hope you somehow continue this, or maybe someone could based their fanfic off of this (with permission from you) and continue from there! You deserve my sub!

I'll admit that when I first started writing this video, I didn't expect it to be this massive and comprehensive, but then I simply went "it's Feenris, this ship deserves something special" and so I rolled with it. If you'd like to see what an AU of Phoenix's trilogy with Iris by his side is like, I couldn't recommend VolcanonX's AU enough, it does an amazing job with that premise.

@@Waylon05 Well, the thing is that when I think about how Phoenix's Trilogy would be like, I can't help but think of VolcanonX's AU. If I tried my hand at making a sequel to this that would showcase the rest of the cases after this, it would end up being similar to that AU because I think it does a great job with that premise.
It wouldn't completely match with it since Iris ends up telling Phoenix before Dahlia runs out of patience and Doug Swallow never gets killed, but as for everything before that as well as the prison visit I'd say it would match.

I honestly didn't expect to make something this massive in scale as my first project, but I'm incredibly pleased that people actually enjoyed it. Well outside of Phoenix knowing about Terry Fawles and Doug Swallow being alive I'd say everything else lines up pretty nicely with that AU.

This has alraedy been said before, but this is a really well made What-If and feels on par with the likes of Debastian Sebeste and Razor Rat, you have now become one of my favorite objection lolers just with this video! it's a very realistic scenario, you added good tension and drama, I loved all the characters interaction and I enjoy you pulling characters from all over the franchise and having them interact with each other, like Badd and Valerie added more flavor to the video! but definite Phoenix/Iris/Dahlia interactions are the best part about this, it feels like watching canon material. and yes I am a hopeless half Phoenix/Iris shipper (and half Phoenix/Maya shipper, can't make my mind, both ships are so good lmao), so always nice seeing some good Phoenix/Iris material, glad they get a happy ending here unlike the canon!
@@nouration9685 Thanks, Taking on a project like this as my first time writing fanfiction was rather daunting, but I'm happy with how it came together in the end. One of my favourite aspects of Ace Attorney in general is how you can have so many different characters tied to the same plotline all for different reasons, I wanted to expand on what Trials and Tribulations established and give more retroactive importance to Byrne Faraday as I think he had a ton of potential. Interactions between Phoenix, Iris and Dahlia were definitely the most fun to write, seeing Dahlia dumbfounded by their actions will never seize to entertain me. You're not the only one, I'm also a Feenris shipper myself (they deserve their happy ending damn it), I'm glad that the video delivered on that front.
idk if this was intentional or not, but I loved the subtle reference to Debastian’s video on Fawles’ First Trial, the one with Raymond Shields. This video was really well done, especially for a first video.

Really enjoyed this! Now I’d love a sequel that focuses on Phoenix’s story from the start of the first game, but with Iris supporting him. Could they have saved Mia from Redd White? And how would the Robert Hammond murder trial go? Would Maya ever get involved?
@@ImaginatorJoren There are thousands of ways to interpret how the events of the story would unfold with this change, an example of that being VolcanonX AU, it's really good I highly recommend it. That being said the differences that would happen from there and the possibilities for the AU are frankly countless and purely based on one's own perspective, feel free to imagine how things would go from there.
I honestly can't imagine big events like Mia's death being changed all that much, for one thing the ending didn't exactly show Iris necessarily wanting to join Mia's Law Office. However let's assume that hypothetically she did join Mia and Phoenix at some point, how would Iris being there save Mia? Phoenix was out of the office and if Iris was with him, Mia would die anyway and if Iris was with Mia then she would probably have died along with Mia (although it's not 100% guaranteed, depending on the circumstances Mia and Iris could probably tag team White into submission).

As for the chat with Edgeworth, I was thinking about making a video that shows how the trial would take place, but I can't do that because: 1- There are no sprites of Defense Gunner and I doubt anyone would make those (not to mention lack of sprites for potential evidence and the like). 2- I'm just not capable of writing a trial segment, it's not exactly within my capabilities to write it.

@@Mannyindahouse Well the thing is, there's nothing wrong with Spirit Channelling itself, more just relying on testimony through it. And since Mia doesn't really ever testify (not even in Turnabout Sisters), she can continue helping Phoenix in trials no problem.

Well, as far as I can see, there's commas and a few capitalization errors here and there at the start. There's also periods missing where there should be. Like at 3:52, for Capitalization.

@@randominternetvideos4232 Funny you should say that, Intially I was going to give the viewer a choice between picking Dahlia and Phoenix, picking Dahlia would just lead to a bad ending where Phoenix would get killed and Dahlia won't be caught because Iris will never defy her sister as she loves her too much. However I realised that this bad ending was too depressing and having the choice wouldn't exactly work in video format so I changed my mind.

@@sharkattack153 Iris and Phoenix getting back together (eventually anyway) would be really satisfying from a narrative standpoint, but I absolutely understand why Capcom would never do that (they wouldn't want to upset other shippers), I'm fine with people not shipping Feenris and I'm not going to attack someone because of their opinions (unless they start going after other ships that is).
The whole "Iris banishing herself to Hazakura Temple" mainly exists as an excuse for why she wasn't in the first two games (obviously they never intended to give Phoenix a love interest), so much pain could have been avoided if Iris had told him the truth (whether before or after Doug was killed) but they couldn't because........you know.

I’m super curious about what could happen next in this timeline! The next would be the first game, which well… Iris would still be with Nick by then! I bet Iris would be watching Larry’s trial, Larry meeting Iris would be fun as well. I wonder if Tournabout Sisters would change… I hope Mia won’t die but she probably still might unless Iris stayed behind with Mia, so that would complicate Redd White’s plans. Assuming Mia dies still, Tournabout Samurai won’t change too much maybe, as well as Goodbyes and Rise from the Ashes, though Maya and Iris would be there to help out Nick.
The second game probably also won’t change too drastically, though Reunion mighttttt change a little with Morgan, since Iris is here with Nick. Though Morgan would still want to frame Maya so I suppose it still happens. I wanna imagine Pearl bonding with her older sister Iris, that would be so wholesome! Pearls wouldn’t ship Nick and Maya anymore obviously since she’ll see Mystic Iris. Big Top probably won’t change, neither would Farewell. I think Maya would still be kidnapped, and obviously Iris would also be worried, she’s close to Maya now at this point and would regard her like family. The third game mighttttt change, if Mia’s still dead then Godot might still be angry with Nick, but even moreso since he sees Iris. I feel like even if he finds out that Dahlia got arrested already from what she did to Godot, he’d still be angry at Iris for helping her sister before and Nick for failing to protect Mia. So the third game might still happen, but things would have to change to account for Iris now living with Nick. But I think Nick’s disbarment might not happen? Sure, Maya’s not there to help him, but Iris would be by his side and might be able to hint about the forged evidence thing. Nick still might adopt Trucy, which would be cute since Trucy would have a mom too! And if Maya and Pearl are still in contact with Iris and Nick, then Trucy would have two big sisters too.
From then on, idk what else would happen as we go onwards, but this timeline is a treat! This being your first and right now only video is amazing-its so good!! I do hope you somehow continue this, or maybe someone could based their fanfic off of this (with permission from you) and continue from there! You deserve my sub!

I'll admit that when I first started writing this video, I didn't expect it to be this massive and comprehensive, but then I simply went "it's Feenris, this ship deserves something special" and so I rolled with it.
If you'd like to see what an AU of Phoenix's trilogy with Iris by his side is like, I couldn't recommend VolcanonX's AU enough, it does an amazing job with that premise.

If I tried my hand at making a sequel to this that would showcase the rest of the cases after this, it would end up being similar to that AU because I think it does a great job with that premise.

It wouldn't completely match with it since Iris ends up telling Phoenix before Dahlia runs out of patience and Doug Swallow never gets killed, but as for everything before that as well as the prison visit I'd say it would match.

This has alraedy been said before, but this is a really well made What-If and feels on par with the likes of Debastian Sebeste and Razor Rat, you have now become one of my favorite objection lolers just with this video!
it's a very realistic scenario, you added good tension and drama, I loved all the characters interaction and I enjoy you pulling characters from all over the franchise and having them interact with each other, like Badd and Valerie added more flavor to the video! but definite Phoenix/Iris/Dahlia interactions are the best part about this, it feels like watching canon material.
and yes I am a hopeless half Phoenix/Iris shipper (and half Phoenix/Maya shipper, can't make my mind, both ships are so good lmao), so always nice seeing some good Phoenix/Iris material, glad they get a happy ending here unlike the canon!
@@nouration9685 Thanks, Taking on a project like this as my first time writing fanfiction was rather daunting, but I'm happy with how it came together in the end.
One of my favourite aspects of Ace Attorney in general is how you can have so many different characters tied to the same plotline all for different reasons, I wanted to expand on what Trials and Tribulations established and give more retroactive importance to Byrne Faraday as I think he had a ton of potential.
Interactions between Phoenix, Iris and Dahlia were definitely the most fun to write, seeing Dahlia dumbfounded by their actions will never seize to entertain me.
You're not the only one, I'm also a Feenris shipper myself (they deserve their happy ending damn it), I'm glad that the video delivered on that front.
idk if this was intentional or not, but I loved the subtle reference to Debastian’s video on Fawles’ First Trial, the one with Raymond Shields. This video was really well done, especially for a first video.
Debastian's video was the one that inspired me to make Byrne the prosecutor of the fake kidnapped, you have him to thank for this being the case.

Really enjoyed this! Now I’d love a sequel that focuses on Phoenix’s story from the start of the first game, but with Iris supporting him. Could they have saved Mia from Redd White? And how would the Robert Hammond murder trial go? Would Maya ever get involved?
@@ImaginatorJoren There are thousands of ways to interpret how the events of the story would unfold with this change, an example of that being VolcanonX AU, it's really good I highly recommend it.
That being said the differences that would happen from there and the possibilities for the AU are frankly countless and purely based on one's own perspective, feel free to imagine how things would go from there.
I honestly can't imagine big events like Mia's death being changed all that much, for one thing the ending didn't exactly show Iris necessarily wanting to join Mia's Law Office. However let's assume that hypothetically she did join Mia and Phoenix at some point, how would Iris being there save Mia? Phoenix was out of the office and if Iris was with him, Mia would die anyway and if Iris was with Mia then she would probably have died along with Mia (although it's not 100% guaranteed, depending on the circumstances Mia and Iris could probably tag team White into submission).

She wouldn't really need to become a lawyer to support Phoenix and Mia, just look at Trucy: she has her own things going on but she's still supportive of her dad and her friend (and brother) Apollo.

And since Mia doesn't really ever testify (not even in Turnabout Sisters), she can continue helping Phoenix in trials no problem.

@@randominternetvideos4232 Funny you should say that, Intially I was going to give the viewer a choice between picking Dahlia and Phoenix, picking Dahlia would just lead to a bad ending where Phoenix would get killed and Dahlia won't be caught because Iris will never defy her sister as she loves her too much.
However I realised that this bad ending was too depressing and having the choice wouldn't exactly work in video format so I changed my mind.
