Simon and the boys would be proud. This has always been my favorite Duran Duran song, and these guys nailed this.
I'm floored, nobody never knows this song and even more nobody ever hears this cover. This song is a staple in my house my husband prefers it over me belting it usually ! Thank you for doing this video!

Not sure when they recorded the original, I first heard the cover in 98.
I think this song was used in the movie Drive. They also had a track in The Matrix soundtrack so you are spot on with the correlation to dark gritty movies.
Their music and songs they’ve covered is on a broad spectrum.

Yes the Deftones made it cool. But you should hear the original from Duran Duran. Its the only version with the Ocarina played. Thats a masterpiece and a classic. 👍
