Delores was a friend of my cousin, I used to meet her quite often in my teenager years., a beautiful soul.Even then she had a magnetism about her.

Amazing band and I must admit I shed a tear when their singer passed away. She was always one of my favorite singers and really went outside the box in folkish ways which many rock singers don’t do.

The live version is way better. They ended up making it way quicker and harder and angrier. Fully recommend you watch a live version. It is a song about the time a record company man attempted to #metoo Dolores and she stood up for herself. Hence the pre-chorus about the band "moving on". How can you not like The Cranberries.

I miss the Cranberries, they were my high school favorite band.

This song is from my favourite Cranberries album, no need to argue. This is one of the memorable tracks along with my favourite "Can't be with you". The members are by no means flashy, but very effective at what they do. I'd say that on many songs the rhythm section is the obscure hero. They are truly under appreciated as the lush guitar melodies and Dolores O'Riordan's performances are usually what grabs your attention at first. This is a band that has perfected building beautiful soundscapes and musical atmospheres.

This is my favorite Cranberries tune. Actually also knew a girl who was very into them. Had a fairly big crush on her, though we were never close. To hear The Cranberries at their hardest, it has to be “Zombie” which is about the war and violence in Northern Ireland. And some other reactors have found the official video hard to watch.

@@flaviojosefo7130 Let me reformulate. Simple in musical structure. Simple doesn't means bad, just simple. And that fits perfect in Cranberries sound.
In a matter of composition, some songs doesn't have much effort in music to showcases the lyrics and the lead singer.

No Need to Argue is a solid 9 out 10. It's an emotional ride that hits the highs and lows. This particular song is in relation to the unsolicited attention that comes with unexpected success, namely the sexulisation of a successfull female band front.

8.3!! Man i never would've thought you'd score a song like this so high. To me it kind of shows you try ad be as genre impartial as possible, when scoring, which for a channel like yours I hope to continue seeing

@@THEDavidHeretic Its a good song i mean, that voice is so unique. Personally I found it dragged a little bit but i noticed she did some interesting vocal shifts in the chorus if I'm not mistaken. I dont know why or if its just my perspective on music has matured, but im finding Im much more broad in my appreciation for music now. I listened to blink 182 for the first time in awhile, a band i used to make fun of, and i really listened and i was impressed. They harmonize so well and what i used to think was just soapy punk turned out to be pretty darn good.
