- So here's the basic assembly of these 28mm scale plastic Soviet infantry for Bolt Action. I'll be coming back to these at some point in the future!
Here’s a playlist of my other miniatures videos: • Herbert Erpaderp Minia...

I found it easier to glue the weapon to the right arm first since each one is designed to fit a specific weapon. After that it's easier to glue both of the arms to the body.
Great overview of what to expect in the kit, thank you.
Great vid again Herb. I have assembled and painted these before. Now i have two winter Soviets to finish.
Nice video, I found it is much easier to glue the weapons in to the right hand befor I attached them to the model, the the left hand goes on easily.
Thanks for the video. Useful tips for assembly.
Very nice to see the soviet Infantry box set reviewed! I myself have the Winter soviet box, not much difference in kits! both looking like their interchangeable, the main difference being the lack of coated bodies and scarf-wrapped heads! if I do buy into Russians after my germans, il definantly have to invest in both boxes!
nice one again herb
Cool figures
I think Warlord Games invented moldlines when they created their 28mm figures.
Are you planning on painting these and filming it? I love your style of videos, and plus I'm kind of hesitant about painting my own 28mm Soviet infantry before I watch you video.
Did you ever paint them?
When do you plan to paint up those 15 mm american infantry from the Grimbals beasts set? Im getting ready to paint some paratroopers and would love to see a video on american Infantry. In addition any tips for infantry in general? Im a little bit nervous about the task. Thanks and keep up the good work!
Hi Herbert, I was wondering if you ever made a video filling these figures with green stuff and painting as you mentioned in this video. I cannot find it on your playlist. Thanks
I did. th-cam.com/video/AW2G3c7g9cA/w-d-xo.html It's not specifically about the soviet infantry, though they are the models I used to demonstrate.
I still haven't painted them yet. Mostly because I got a load more of them and want to build them and paint the entire lot in one go.
Thanks :)
Can you paint either German Or American half track plzzzz
Harbert which scale of the Soviet infantry in this set?
Do you build them as you want ?
How much ?
Is 28mm scale 1/56 scale??
+GamingWithJacob342 it looks like it becuz flames of war has 1:100 scale models
Yes
is green stuff necessary for the models to look nice?
Not necessarily. But if there are gaps they'll look better if you fill them with something.
@@HerbertErpaderp thanks!
My brain hurts so much. Don't use the "pseudo-cyrillic" please.
