I met Inoue Kazuhiko (井上和彦) on Thursday, July 4th 2013

I originally made this video on July 4th, but we didn't have wifi in our hotel room. So I didn't get to upload it until now. I also met him again on Friday and got his autograph. I was cosplaying as Sabo on Friday and he called me cute in Japanese. It was great.
