Jimmy tell Shannon not to be afraid to pickup the eyeglasses from the 60s that are metal. Also look on the arms and goggle the names. I once owned 300 pairs of vintage eyeglasses. Also the metal frames can be reused even with prescriptions in them. Glad she is having fun thrifting and you too.

Welcome back! Question: I've been trying to sell off "stuff" from 4 generations, mostly 1940s-1980s. It's such a hodgepodge that it's not like I can concentrate on one type of thing. There are old books, old sewing supplies, coins, ephemera, glass, children's toys & games, Christmas, doll clothes & a couple dolls, and other miscellaneous stuff. I was hoping to make some money to put towards maintaining the small family farm where I grew up. There's no one renting the land at this time so it's $$$$ to keep it as a family vacation home. However, last years income tax showed I spent more than I made on eBay (also sell on Poshmark, Mercari & Marketplace). I'm thinking I should just try to get rid of it all at once although it's stored in two locations 4 hours apart. Nothing is super valuable - believe me I've looked! What would be the best way to sell it all off and make a bit of money in the process?

Oh my goodness I'm so excited! Ya know those dogs I collect? (My profile pic shows one). I got a mama with babies and another mama without babies from eBay. AND a papa from Etsy!!! I located a mama with babies in Washington State but the seller is not open to shipping 😢. She is strictly local pickup 😞. But that's okay I'm happy 😁

I e been selling my kids toys from the early 90s. At a reasonable price because I want the person to enjoy them and create new memories from our vintage toys. Lion King play set pride rock went quick for $40. If I was a reseller I would be getting much more money but that’s not my goal.
