EASY BEEF CURRY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
1kg beef (cut into curry pieces )
3 tbsp of cooking oil
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 black cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
6 cloves
1 star anise
7 green cardamom pods
1 large onion, sliced
1 tbsp of ginger&garlic paste
1 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tsp of ground coriander
1 tsp of crushed black pepper
1 tsp of ground turmeric
1 and 1/2 tsp of ground kashmiri red chilli
1 and 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes
1 large habanero chilli
2 tbsp of yoghurt
some chopped coriander leaves

A very good and easy receipe. I cooked the veal meat over a low flame after adding all the powders I added potatoes too.

@@pauldaniel6166 Look at the thumbnail. Does it look like a stew? Stewing is a method of cooking and sometimes stews are curried.
Why don’t you educate someone you doesn’t know…. Maybe like the guy I replied to… I know stews can be curried but we’re takin about this video in particular where she has specifically mentioned that it is a curry hence we understand that it isn’t a curried stew so there isn’t any reason for anybody to be stupid enough to think it’s stew. It’s that simple 😂

I substituted some of the spices with ground instead of whole, just keep in mind during the beginning step that if you use ground spices, to watch it very carefully and cook on your lowest setting so they don't burn. Other than that I love this recipe! Tweak it as you like according to spiciness and consistency, everything combined is a solid 10/10. Thank you for this!
You have to keep stirring so that the spices don't burn.. also after frying a bit add a little water to prevent them from burning.. beef curry is actually a bangladeshi dish.. I'm a bangladeshi and we cook beef quite often.. so I know the process..

Did use it with or without a pressure cooker
@@wandawoman40 pressure cooker must have to use to boil the pieces of beef. Beef pieces are very hard to chew so you have to use pressure cooker... Even to goat/sheep
@@wandawoman40 I start in a large non stick saucepan up until the yoghurt then I transfer it all into the pressure cooker.
i cooked same method for beef and lamb both came out nice, simple and easy procedure to follow, i don't add yoghurt or curd, coz they were not supposed to be cooked the good bacteria dies and become harmful.
Add the coconut milk 🥛 can or not
