No mines still not I went to have it serviced at Apple and the guy flat out told me to get another Apple Watch he says the series 3 is outdated and it’s hard to pair them to the newer phones. He told me to try to pair it to and older phone like 6s to update it and then try to pair it to my 12 but it’s still not updating on my old 6s. I think Apple trying to force people to upgrade to the newer watches it pisses me off

Am unable to pair the iwatch to my iPhone. It says your Apple ID password and verification code could not be verified.
And when it is verified the iPhone starts unparing itself. I have done this several times.
