    41:06 This is my favorite video of the series. The strength training routine is great for building core and upper body. I was a competitive bodybuilder for several years and this is a solid set of exercises from my experience. I found the last 10 minutes really inspirational, I 100% believe you need to enjoy what you are doing or you do not excel and if you are teaching others if they don’t want to train they will not do well. That positive attitude and consistent training will bring success. Your job as an instructor is to make TKD a positive fun experience! Thank you sir, for a great video. 41:06 .
