Mike is so genuinely passionate about preserving the past and especially about appreciating and enjoying the people he meets in his adventures. He’s such a cool dude. And I get a kick out of his joyous giggle. 🤣😎
You can see this passion in the people who appraise for Antiques Road show as well. When the Keno brothers would see a truly one of a kind piece of furniture brought in for them to appraise, they would lose control of themselves. My young daughter would see them on TV and run in my room screaming....the dancing leprechauns are on Antiques Road Show!!! Pure joy from the appreciation of an item that is unique. Love it.
Self made man who has pure passion and care for others. Shows others the credit they deserve and cares about people. What a concept! Good on you Mike, Frank, Dani and Robbie.
Men/Women who are self-made millionaires/billionaires have a heart to give back/protect....and the ones were handed everything in life, only want more and break every law to get it!!...because they have no clue how to work for it!....
Mike Wolfe is one of the few legends of entertainment that is genuine and honest. He will go down as one of the best in the business and that goes farther than picking.
I"ve watched since the beginning , Mike has impressed me with his honesty with the sellers offering more when they don"t know what they are selling is worth more. Kudos to his Mom she did a good job raising her kids by herself. Happy Picking!

Sad that his Dad left and he stood by that window that window lasted in his Heart for year's I'm sure, that's a pain that most can't imagine, Mike is Awesome and i really enjoy his show and his passion for stuff and the People and the stories that go along with it......
I wonder if his father ever tried to reach out. I assume he passed away. But it reminds me of this guy I worked with. His father left to. He came back and tried to ask for money. it was not good.
Believe it or not that club is a lot bigger than most can imagine. The pain and self doubt never goes away, and you can tell by how much he dotes on his daughter that it comes down to making a decision. And that is you do not have to be the man your dad was. Nothing else matters, be there for your kids. Life is about making choices. Make the right ones.
Thanks to Mike and American Pickers for giving my late father many hours of entertainment. It was his favorite show and one that he lived before RA took away his ability to pick and deal. ❤️

ImNotMad ButUR -I collect John Deere diecast tractors , pedal tractors , lawn tractors , farm tractors , metal signs , antique cars , gas pumps , seed signs , old bikes , go carts , old wagons , and oil cans and gas cans . So yes i like that show , and so does my wife .great show !
I am totally addicted to the show .. I miss those small-town Main streets that had so much to offer . I can remember every department store had a lunch counter so the employees could eat and it was a great place for you to go way it was shopping . And of course the old mom-and-pop restaurants where everything was 10 times better than you get today ... One of the shows I joined the most was hobo Jack everybody likes him
I LOVE MIKE WOLFE!! I feel so much the same way he does about old buildings and old “ things”. These things “ speak” to me too ! I get goose bumps when ever I even see something old and when I actually experience it, walk into it, hold it I just LOVE that feeling! I too get an overwhelming desire to save these things!! I hope history channel NEVER cancels Mike!

Never miss an episode! And even watch the reruns. My husband and I have our favorite's of people they have "picked", too. If I did what they do, I'd love the stories of the people and their lives first, and the collections second.
Love the show don’t think I’ve missed a single episode. This show brings back lots of memories, my mom and dad ran an auction house for ten years or so . I’ve seen many unusual people and merchandise come in and out of our doors . My dad would drive around with my brothers and I , dad would say ( HEY ) jump out and get that . I guess we were pickers and didn’t even know it back in the 80’s . Thanks Mike & Frank
Ever been to Pioneer Village in Minden, Nebraska? An amazing place that was the vision of one man who wanted to save a bit of the past. Top grade school field trip growing up in the 70's.
You can tell he's passionate about his work and he deserves the level of success he's achieved. I wish him luck with the old building restorations and would love to go visit those buildings some day.
Mike is so nice! He's one of those rare people that talks to anyone and loves every second of it no matter when he gets caught up in the conversation. I like to think Im personable and for the most part I can talk to almost anyone for a while, but I get kinda exhausted most of the time. Not because I dont like talking to people, but because I think some people just have that wiring in their brain like Mike and they're different. They can just go FOREVER talking to each person individually.

My husband and I met Mike at his store in Nashville 3 years ago. He is every bit as genuine and people oriented as you see him in the story. I was taken aback by how he spoke to me like we were neighbors. I think he sees the souls of people he meets in their eyes. I was not star struck as much as I was comfortable struck with Mike. He's rare and as precious as all he loves to save.
I like Mike. He's very "real". I can relate very much too because I'm a very passionate collector and love history and preserving the past. I can even say why, but I was just born with that passion. I'm glad to see him get so successful.

My brother and I "stumbled upon" Leiper's Fork, TN one day as we were rambling in my car and, who should we meet but Mike Wolfe at a Flea Market! He was so nice, friendly and genuine...he signed my cardboard coffee cup and listened to my brother sing and play a song on the harmonica...it was a magic moment that I'll never forget! Thanks Mike for being real and approachable!

Pickers is one of the few shows on TV I really enjoy. There is so much crap on TV I am glad i found them.
