You do your community a huge favour mowing these overgrown properties whether owned rented or simply abandoned. With the hot weather there is always a risk of fire. Your work is meticulous, thank you. Just a note, not all but most renters couldn’t care less about garden upkeep. Worked as a receptionist once in a real estate office, it was a constant battle asking renters to clear up, the owners would get really ticked off, God Bless you from Geelong, Australia 🇦🇺
Every time I consider becoming a landlord, I think of things like this. If tenants don’t care about the outside of my place, I can only imagine the inside. 😮
Yep, I fear this tenant will just laugh that it has been cut and wonder who the chump was who cut it. We know it is a wonderful young man trying to give a helping hand.
I was probably one of the few tenants that not only mowed my own grass, i kept it weeded, shrubs/trees pruned properly and planted some flowers! Landlords hated to see me go.
Renters can be the be the most ungrateful and entitled low life. Had renters on my property and they have been from all end of the spectrum. Your doing it for the landlord and not the renter. Great job as usual.
Kudos my brother for wearing your protection mask in all that dust! I so admire your work, especially as you mow and mulch and then make another pass with the collection bag on the mower. Great work! Thank you for all you do.
Your hard work will surely be appreciated by the neighbors and hopefully the tenant, but who knows. I know I appreciated your efforts and your professionalism. God bless you and keep you in his care in all things.👍👍🙏💕
You made a significant improvement in the look of that property. I know the neighbors nearby as well as the entire block & the property owner appreciate your hard work on the lawns more than you will know KUDOS, Phil! 👌👍👊🤟
I love how you also meticulously clean up the grass clippings & don’t just leave it all on the grass like some others do. Your jobs always look amazing!
I so respect what you offer to people. I am terminally ill with no family, few friends, no funds. My yard is a mess. What i woukd give for the type of help you offer, pro bono. Please don't stop. I so respect anyone who lends a hand when one is needed.
In the rental agreement it should state who's responsible for the upkeep of the property, it should never turn into this hot mess. Probably is an out of state landlord who doesn't care about ruining the entire neighborhood with that eyesore. Thank you for helping out the neighborhood, I'm sure they were grateful.
When I was a renter, it was part of the lease agreement that I had to keep the yard mowed and if I didn't I would be charged extra if the landlord had to come take care of it, and if it was an ongoing thing I could be evicted. It was nice of you to do this for the neighbors yet it tells the person living there that if they let it go on long enough someone will take care of it for them.
You're my favorite lawn care person to watch on TH-cam. You're meticulous with etching and bagging and tree trimming/hedge shaping. You don't put people's faces on camera except your own so that's really admirable and a sign of a person who really is focused on helpin others. I don't even skip ads because I enjoy your work that much. Thank you for what you do for your community
Additional: One thing that you'd really benefit from is a few lawn tarps. We used to use them in California because it makes things way easier. Just lay one down flat, and on a mowed piece of lawn. When your catcher is filled you dump the grass into the tarp until the tarp is full. Then tie off the corners using a single loop square knot to make a "bundle" out of it. Then all you have to do is collect them when you're done mowing, and throw them in the back of your truck. It saves a ton of time, and space because you don't have to keep going to your truck to empty, and you can really compress them down. For reference, you can get about 6 of those mower bags into one tarp.
What a blessing to your community! They don’t know how lucky they are. You are so meticulous on the jobs you do. We have Mow it Wells here in Chattanooga and I believe y’all are cut from the same cloth! Keep up the blessings you keep giving out. Love to watch you!
That was nice. It looks so much different. Maybe the landlord should have the police do a wellness check??? I hope the tenant is ok. I saw you put your gloves on and then the mask for mowing. Always take care of yourself kiddo.😁
Nice work as usual. What I like most about the jobs/videos you put out is that you actually make the effort to collect the grass clippings, branches, etc. and dispose of them properly. So many others take the lazy way out and just continuously mulch over them instead of hauling them away and then stacking up tree/bush trimmings in the backyard out of sight of the camera.
Wow, that big mower is like a dang vacuum cleaner lol. Too bad it doe have a hole on top to fill that basket from the top down :) Love you and the video, big thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍
A "clear cut" makes sense if it is someone who does not, for whatever reason, do home maintenance. It didn't take me long to make a reasonable list of reasons why a person might not mow. Thanks for helping out the neighborhood. People did have a good thought on the topic of landlords. Do they, in this case, expect the renter to care for the yard? Were they instead to be the one to care for the yard? Likely some re-negotiation could be needed.
You question the landlord? I can think of one hundred good reasons this is not about the landlord. Reasonable reasons why the landlord should not have to mow the lawn of a tenant. I am a very good landlord who does not expect yardwork, just lawn cutting by a tenant. It is in every tenant’s lease that they are responsible for mowing the lawn. They are given a good quality electric/ battery mower so that there are no gas charges for them. I pay for other yard upkeep and care. It is still not done.
@@Morse-t5zyou're the only landlord I have ever heard of that provides a mower for the tenant. If only that was the case where I live, it'd be a miracle. Nice job, Fill! Renters often have a different mentality when it comes to someone else’s property. If the renter’s getting a break on the rent for doing the lawn, I would definitely up the rent.
Fill you are the best. Sweet, patient, and kind. I also love that you use a catcher on your mower so there isn’t a lot of dead grass to blow around later. Some people think it will just mulch into the lawn, but it doesn’t. It just gets brown and dry and blows around and you end up having to sweep it up anyway in the long run.
Thank you for helping out. The work you did is awesome. We may never know what we don't know. There could be a life changing event that is preventing him from being available and unable to mow his lawn. Follow the golden rule. Treat others how we want to be treated.

Beautiful job Fill! You ALWAYS do a beautiful job! It is a pleasure to watch you work!! Maybe the renter doesn't know how to mow...these days that's a possibility!!
Hi Fill, hope you are well. Looks awesome to me, but then it always does when you're done. Being disabled, whenever I see an unkempt property I always consider the possibility that the home owner is unable to maintain their property. The neighbours are critical as are councils. Many councils like to enforce code violations rather than investigate and offer help. But, that's life I reckon. And then there are people like you offering an incredible service without judgement. Saying Thank You seems inadequate, somehow. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe and keep up the awesome work. 👍✌
Have you spoken with your Toro dealer about the troubles you've had with the collection bin? Maybe he can give you some hints -- or do some kind of fix -- so that it doesn't keep clogging up like that! (Keep in mind, it doesn't really look good for Toro that you have to stop every 50 feet, get off the machine, unlatch the bin, shake it upside down, then reattach it... only to drive another 50 feet and repeat...)
It's not the Toro mower, it's the bin that Accelerator Industries makes. The opening chute for the bin is small and clogges when mowing overgrown/wet grass.
I know we never know the full story of a property, but to receive a mower and that easy, straightforward yard, someone should be able to step up and MOW. Thankfully, you did, Fill. It should have been the renter! I’m sure the neighbors are very grateful. Your perfection is always shone brightly. We love your commitment to excellence.

Maybe the renter doesn't know how to mow...these days that's a possibility!!
Second show for me I am enjoying your work. May God bless you
Hi Fill, hope you are well. 👍✌
Hi Fill we watch your videos from Scotland. You have done an awesome job. Amazing garden transformation. Well done:)
@@fillslawncare I didn't realize the bin was an after-market add on! Thanks for letting me know!
As always, a fantastic transformation! Thank you Fill! Take care and God bless you and your family! 😊❤
