1- sleeping alone in teen age ( as having separate bedroom for myself)
2- watching horror movies , soaps
3- believing in them so deeply
4- not believing in God
5- becoming sick in thought n health
what remedies we took??
1- we regularly pray for god
2- have Pooja's at home
3- have more comedy movies
4- spend more time with friends n family
5- sleeping with any one along
6- while sleeping listening to mantras

I have just entered my 20s, when i was younger I used to watch horror movies quite easily but since i started meditating and getting to learn about the spritual world somehow i am unable to watch them anymore. They just feel so strong and intense that i almost feel like my soul is shaking. Hearing her explain has brought me some light. Maybe deep inside i was aware what was happening and i was completely rejecting it.
Same even I experienced the same as soon as I started meditating, doing self reflection, shadow work being self aware I somehow wasn't able to watch horror content anymore....whereas previously I used to watch horror but not anymore.
Basically you've become a coward.

That's true, but sadly the same women if She wear short clothes even she is truly divine with in, but still people in India will judge as spiritual person and women it makes sad, even having religion like Jainism, our liberal open minded culture and we have something called naga sadhus and maa kali as well etc, and being spiritual country we don't judge people and see them from inside but rather out side clothes. We believe in soul but we judge people by piece of clothes.

Because, only weak people flock around such things. For many reasons people have lost their rational thinking, the spirit of questioning and seeking the truth. So it is easy to fool them with dark content. Ranveer, you should not call it positive thinking. These are all negative ideas , propagated to tie the flocks to some posts. Because, those who do not believe in such dark things will never face such spirits. You be strong and powerful in your conviction and help fellow beings, no evil spirit will touch you.

Truly amazing conversation. Thank you Ranveer. And Ambika you are truly amazing in many ways. You remind me of yesteryear South Indian movie stars like Vyjayanthimala and others . You have this retro (South) Indian look about you- dark slightly curly hair, dark eyes with heavy mascara.. It's kind of nostalgic for me. Yes . You do have that 'Devi' tejas about you. Stay blessed.
Watching a few of his podcasts, especially the spiritual ones and the many facts they narrate, make me realize that I am already spiritually active and sensitive to many things without even practicing any spiritual activities. and I subconsciously know and feel the aura of the situation if it is bad or good and what will be the consequences of whatever I do on a daily basis. So, that makes me think my mind & body is demanding spiritual practice to make things even more fluent.

I love watching horror movies but with this talk I am now aware not to do that. Beautiful explanation. I mean I hardly feel that it comes so easily from inside me like if I am with friends, cousins we are like let's tell ghost stories. I mean I am aware now I will stop that immediately. Thanks Ranveer and she explained so well and with calmness that it did get into my mind what to watch and what not to and WHY NOT is the most imp.
