Something like this happened with my dad
My dad was once driving from a forest (i don't remember the name of the forest sorry). Well the road was really fine and then suddenly an Old Woman in white Saree and open Hair came out of the forest on the road in front of the road and started running towards his car but he didn't stopped and blow the horn. when car came closer to that woman she got side on the road.
Later morning when he was outside of that forest he stopped to take a tea Break and he told the owner of that tea shop about the incident.
And Tea Shop Owner replied:-

I have a theory on the Yeti. The following will be based on the assumption that the Yeti is one singular creature rather than a whole species. What we know about the Yeti is that it's a large humanoid creature with both Human and Monkey like features. Mentions of such a creature can be found in ancient Indian texts. The Vaanaras. It should be noted that Vaanara does not mean monkey in context of the scriptures. If we break down the word Vaanara, we find that it comes from 2 different words Vana(forest) and Nara(man). The Vaanara race was said to have gone extinct except for one being of its kind. Lord Hanuman, the immortal. If we take into context our scriptures, Lord Hanuman was blessed with immortality in order to protect Earth and help Lord Vishnu's future avatars in their divine missions. After Ramayana, Lord Hanuman's existence was mentioned in Mahabharata when Bheema randomly ran into him during the Pandava's exile. The place where they met is called Hanuman Chatti, which is situated near Yamunotri in the Himalayas. This suggests that Lord Hanuman hangs out in the Himalayas long after the end of the Ramayana. Moreover, it doesn't require a lot of brains to notice the similarities between the Yeti and Lord Hanuman. Human and monkey like features, tall stature, broad superhuman physique. Could the Yeti we all talk about, in fact, be the holy being in disguise? @Ranveer Allahbadia , I would like your inputs on this.

The 2 story is soo true ! I used to stay in hostel near by this place ! And every local of that place used to tell me the same story !
@ranveer u should go to kuari pass trek - there's a naala near khullar camp site it's haunted, trekking organization camps very near to it because there's a water source and kedarkantha trek has a camp site, akhoti, around 1:30 am I and 3-4 other trekkers heard female loud scream and dogs ran towards it, it was bone chilling experience.
I've had one such experience. During Dashain which is the biggest festival in our country ie Nepal, I had gone to a puja in the Shiva temple. Usually what happens is we do the aarti and then many people sing bhajans and dance and worship the Lord for about 2 to 3 hours and at that point, it marks around 11/ 11:30 pm in the clock. Now, this doesn't happen often but on that particular day I was feeling very sleepy but since there were very loud bhajans and stuff I went inside the temple and was asleep quickly. When I came back to my senses it was eerily quiet. The temple door was closed but not locked. I looked at my phone and couldn't believe it was already 3am and damn, it gave me goosebumps. I stood up and bowed before the shiva statue and started walking to my house. At this point, I wasn't so scared but amused by the fact that no one tried to woke me up or maybe no one saw me I don't know. I was deep in my thoughts when I noticed someone was laughing around me. It wasn't so loud but enough loud, for me to notice it. I wasn't so sure what was making that sound so I kept walking and suddenly I heard a loud 'thud' which came from behind. That scared the hell outta me but after that, the laugh was gone. I reached my house and went to bed again. It was during summer so we used to keep the windows open to let some fresh air come in. But little did I know, because of that I would never be able to keep windows open at night again. Just as I got into my bed I saw a man covered in red licking the bars on my window, I was so freaked out that I could only see what was happening, I tried but no word could come out from my mouth. I could only see his one eye, which was unusually big. Just then the big eye moved and now it was looking directly at me only then I noticed 'it' didn't have a head and the eyes were attached to its shoulders after which I fainted and woke up to find a black piece of cloth and some drops of blood on my window. It's been 3 years since the incident I've not witnessed anything related to that day but it still freaks me out talking about it.
Man isnt this kala jadu only ? My family heavily believes in it and i have experienced it once as well , sorry to scare you , but it looks like someone did cast some type of kala jadu . The psychology behind it is usually when someone cast a witchcraft or black magic , they assign it to a negative energy or demon to fulfill their work . It may take years for the effect to happen , but it will happen. Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz go to a kali temple and perform a puja for your and your family's safety asap. Do not take it lightly , plz .

Actually kala jadu is not bad , its like a knife , depends on if you want to become a doctor or a murderer . I did intense research on these topics after my incident . Kala jadu can be used for many good things also like curing diseases , or solving drought etc ..its very misunderstood . Yes but if you are using it to harm others then it returns back as your karma. I am from uttrakhand from my childhood I listened so many stories about gost even my mom used to told me when she was taking plants for cow it's very common to climb a tree and cut it from there my mom told me someone had pushed her from behind and she fell in ground after coming home she got fever for so many days.there are many forests where people don't go or if they go than till certain limit or in day light and or in groups,going alone can definitely scary because of leopard and bear roaming my neighbor had a fight with his family and he went there in forest I don't know for what but he saw white big men scary he run behind him and neighbor was running from that forest to our village and that men keeps following him till the gate of village after entering village the white men disappeared and neighbor came in village he was very scared and told every one what he saw this thing has been circulated to many villages people be like its commen so I never go alone somewhere in uttrakhand hills. Specially in night there are so many places in which people believe ghost are there we had been advised from our parents if you pass from there please do not stop there do not laugh, open hair or any misbehavior ,even our own house become so scary at night in hills
An year ago i had a very stange experience. I was alone in my room trying to sleep and suddenly i felt as if something was touching my body. I could hear it breath and feel it's weight on my chest and lower body. It was very terryfing. I wanted to get up and switch on my room lights. But could not do so, no matter how hard i tried to wake myself up. I was sweating like a pig, then i remembered that my mother had passed away 9 years ago on the very same day. Anyhow i survived that incident and called my father the next day and narrated the whole story. So every year my father goes to temple to feed poor and to pray in my mother's name on the day which she passed away, But that year he forgot due to some work and he confessed to me. So next day i went to the temple and did the same. After that day i have not experienced any paranormal activity.

Now everytime i got sleep paralysis i enjoyed beign in the moment.
Thats called sleep paralysis. It happens to my brother sometimes. In that state it feels like there’s some ghost sitting on you and you can’t even lift your finger let alone try to move.
