I have a Roborock Dyad Pro that doesn't mop. The vacuum doesn't dispense water into the rollers. After vacuuming all the way until the battery runs out, the clean water tank is still full and dirty water tank is completely empty. When put on the dock for self cleaning, the same happens - no water flows out of clean water tank to dirty tank. What is the problem?

do not add distilled water or purified water into the clean water tank. It may not be recognized by sensor as it is not conductive. Please try tap water.
