The rental market in brisbane is really insane at the money.. especially with people offering more and then so many people turning up to inspect one house.. love the tips they are really handy..
We had to move recently and couldn’t find a place for 2 months! Makes me worried about what it’s gonna be like in a couple years when I’m in a position to buy 😬

@@serene4961 Yes & specifically to Brisbane. The housing market has exploded here as it’s comparatively cheaper to all the other cities in Australia. There’s a lot of new housing developments especially out near Ipswich. I think with the Olympics being held here in 2032 the growth for property could be incredible.
Hey! realestate.com is the main website to use when looking for a place. Recently TenantApp has also become popular but I would go with the aforementioned. Most high rise apartments allow small dogs and depending on the owner of the unit, large dogs as well. My high rise building has quite a few large dogs but I think that’s an outlier. I wouldn’t say it’s any more difficult ,it just depends on the property ( I.e yard, location, ground floor unit etc.). All the best ☺️
this was so informative! i am a gEEk for real estate and interior design lol so this was perfect for me 😍 thank you so much for sharing this bett! $510/week ?! lmfao 😭 no way, it rly does seems affordable only if u are looking at 2 bedrooms with a partner or a housemate!
Hey, I adored your video ! It’s so helpful and informative. Is there any chance you know does certificate students from abroad can rent an apartment like this ? ❤
Hey! They normally just want to know that you can pay the rent so they’ll ask for six months worth of pay slips and / or a job contract with your employer being a reference. There is also a lot of student accomodation like Unilodge, Student One and few others. Have a look at the Brisbane StudentAccomodation Facebook page. There will be lots of helpful information there.

Awesome content!
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks! ☺️
So good , these would be at least 700 a week in Auckland it’s ridiculous here help
Omg 700NZD is insane! Is that for 1 bedroom places? Wow 😯
@@beingbett yes $500-700 for 1-2 rooms (that often aren’t even as nice as this) and to rent a single room in someone’s house is like $300 or more
@@serene4961 Wow, that’s really interesting to hear. Even with the current exchange rate factored in it’s more expensive.
@@beingbett that’s why so many people here are moving over to aus now

What websites do you use to search for rentals? Also how difficult is it to rent if i have a large dog? Thx love your video! ☺️

Hi. I'll be moving to Brisbane by next year. Can you help me with good location with schools nearby. Thanks
Hey! I could definitely suggest some places. Send me a message on Instagram.
@@beingbett sorry. I'm not on Instagram.
@@Mrdhinesh1 Did you mean primary schools or high schools? How close to the city are you looking to be?
@@beingbett kindergarten. I've also not finalized the city. Would be better north of Brisbane.
