NORTHWEST (A Super 8 Skate Film) 2002

In 2002 we took a 3 month road trip to chronicle all the concrete skateparks that our friends were building in the Northwest US. From Portland, Oregon to Oracs Island, Washington, Hailey, Idaho and back to the Oregon Coast- we skated all the concrete parks with the builders and some of the best skaters of the day.

@@valerarodkinit’s been difficult to track down. I only spend 20 or 30 minutes maybe twice a year on hoping it pops up on Shazam, one of those skate video websites, or here on TH-cam. I did speak to one of the creators of the film and was told some songs are just purchased by genre of sites and when I asked which I was told the records for the film and the old puters used are no mas. The hunt continues!

Sorry to blow up the spot… but I have to say my thanks! I went to the premier for this magical piece in San Jose way back when. I have the flyer from that show hanging on my wall. I believe Ray played a set and it was a night that changed my life in the biggest way. I bought the Oregon Ecuador vhs from you guys out of the back of your van.
