I have to drink bone broth until I can buy collagen. I just heat some in the microwave, add some salt and sip it like coffee. It ain't so bad. I used to add my collagen powder to coffee. It's sweet so I use that instead of sugar or stevia. Too bad we can't just inject that kind of collagen under our skin and call it a day!
