Its really helpful. I used to sleep at 11 PM- 2 AM ,don't had any proper sleep cycle. Sometimes I kept study whole night and the next day I felt week , low energy..nd can't focus on study,rather sleep again . So sleep is most important thing and To-do-list also .Just make your to-do-list and promise yourself that you'll follow it for 30 days . You will see definitely improvement in your life . Guys its 2022 , time has come to wake Up. You could've done better in 2021 but you didn't because of your plan ,to-do-list nd mind set most probably. So just focus only 2022'S Plan and stick to it and rest will history. All the best.

Just wanted to share something - Its important to sleep between 10 pm to 2 am bez our body releases melatonin(anti aging hormones) at that time and if we are not sleeping if we are getting deprived from that. In villages people sleep by 9 n get up by 3:30 and that is one of the reason of active lifestyle, look great and healthy. Thak you. (My sleep Routine is 10 pm to 4 am) Lots of love from Singapore .
Not only in villages in abroad countries..all of..i am living in newzealand …here people sleep by 9pm..do their dinner around 6pm…but we as an indian punjabi also sleep late and eat late even living abroad😊
