Today I am sharing a local monkfish stew recipe that we love to cook for dinner here in Norway. The dish uses sour cream and fish stock as the base, and is served with potatoes.

If you like sour cream, you're going to love this dish! You can also add a little touch of sugar to remove the sour taste almost entirely if you'd like :)
