Monkfish Stew With Vegetables - Zepter Recipes

    Ingredients
    • 1 Leek
    • 2 Carrots
    • 2 Onions
    • 1 Fennel
    • 6 Potatoes
    • 1 kg of Monkfish
    • White Wine 2 dcl
    • Fresh Parsley
    • Olive Oil
    Directions
    Begin by taking your Zepter chopping knife and slice up your leeks, carrots, onion, and potatoes into thin slivers and place them aside. Then take your Monkfish and chop it up into approximately 2 inch wide chunks. Next, using your Zepter stove top and Zepter pot, begin placing in all your chopped ingredients, layering the vegetables and Monkfish. Then you can drizzle on the white wine, adding a burst of sophisticated flavour, instead of using unhealthy oils or fats. You are then ready to put your lid on and begin the cooking process with low heat for 15 minutes. While your monkfish and veggies are stewing, you can use this time to chop up some parsley and set it aside for the time being. When the 15 minutes passes sprinkle on your fresh Parsley and some olive oil to finish it off. No need for salt in this flavorful dish.
