I have the same problems Glenda. Asthma, and occasional bronchitis. When needed...I use the small upright Hall's facial steamer. Vick's makes one too. You can use just plain steam--or put the medicated packets into it. It has the face shield that you place your face into--and then you can breathe the steam directly into your sinuses, and lungs. You might have seen them--as they are right by the room vaporizers. It concentrates the steam directly into your body, instead of the room. Works great!

My son took two bottles of Mucinex and it did nothing but raise his blood pressure and blood sugar. His doctor gave him a steroid shot and that’s when he finally started to improve. Blessings!

The year I babysat my new grand baby I was sick that whole year with bronchitis and stuff. She went to daycare a couple times a week and I had her the other days. A week ago Sunday I was getting chills, aches and thought I had the flu. Five days later I couldn’t taste so I tested and I have covid. Hubby and I have avoided it for over four years but we both have it. It is hanging on. Maybe your grandkids are bringing germs home or Jill could be, too.

Started out with a bit of a sore throat on the 15th... ended up in bed on the 17th and I was more or less in bed for 10 days. I had such a horrible cough that I ended up losing my voice completely for 4 days. Today I actually got dressed, and made hubby some rice krispie squares. Like you, I wore smock tops when I was pregnant. It never crossed my mind to wear leggings and a crop top. My mom would have died on the spot if she would have seen me in something like that.. haha Take care, rest and heal. 🙏🏼💕
Susie here. A lot of stuff going around. Have you ever tried a Neti pot for your sinuses? My daughter is prone to a lot of sinus infections and has started using a Neti pot daily. She says it has helped a lot. She also uses her vaporizer at night. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Glenda my husband and I were sick from December 10th. until January 5th. We had Covid,. I had a sinus infection too.,We both were antibiotics and Musinex. The Musinex really helped us. Just rest and drink plenty water. Please feel better😘

Hi from Maine. Why do you buy name brand OTC medicines when you could have bought the target brand that has the same active ingredients but at a much lower price? You could save a lot of money.
I just quit smoking in October. I too have chronic bronchitis. I’m 74 years old. I smoked until I was 13. My doctor told me I was lucky it didn’t affect my lungs. In my household everyone smoked except my Mom. 2nd. hand smoke is worse I think than smoking.
The active ingredient in Mucinex is Guafenesin which thins mucus. Mucinex has many other products that contain medication to suppress coughing & other ailments related to head & chest
Glenda you really do need to take a break. My mama always said there comes a time you have to say no. A time in your life where you come first. She also said when you feel bad still get up put on some make up and brush your hair. It does make you feel a teeny bit better..

I would use prior to DY it’s got a one citizen and pseudoephedrine if that’s going to help that it’ll dry the plus the Mucinex that said it will help break that all loose so you could get it out of your system Claritin-D is your answer I use also albuterol because I have asthma add that will help open up those pipes but you can’t use it for only four hours apart know sooner than that with the albuterol

I would use prior to DY it’s got a one citizen and pseudoephedrine if that’s going to help that it’ll dry the plus the Mucinex that said it will help break that all loose so you could get it out of your system Claritin-D is your answer I use also albuterol because I have asthma add that will help open up those pipes but you can’t use it for only four hours apart know sooner than that with the albuterol
