  • Today DoaM navigates us via a route which reminds MoaM of learning to drive in country lanes but we finally make it to Looe CMC site unscathed then have a look around. Includes the footage of where we went wrong so you don't need to repeat our mistake!

We always go the Way you shouldn’t go! Past the diner etc 3rd or 1st exit... love that site.

Thanks Bob, even more scary Cornish lanes coming up next Saturday and didn't have a choice that time!!! So glad I wasn't driving a wide set up on that day ;-)

The reason some of the grass is not cut is because actually maker has some rare plants growing there so the rame conservation trust has tried to work about making money to manage the place but also preserve the rare plants up there not found anywhere, this is why they had festivals to try and keep it runningas a viable ongoing project, they had 4 festivals then took one year off to let it all grow over for a year to protect this rare plant they, had, sorry been going up there for 25yrs, so know quite a bit of history of the place lol
