There's a cutscene on Baul right after you get the 9th one (it says 7th, on definitive edition, there's 9). Don't miss it or you'll miss the actual fell arms (3rd phase) Duke fight part. It's pretty difficult and the weapons WILL NOT be leveled until AFTER you beat the 3rd phase. So if you get the last 2 like I did, go outside... you don't have to get the cutscene in Aurion like people say (in definitive edition which most will be playing nowadays)
I wish I saw this video when it debuted so I could ask questions. I wanted to ask which moves should you disable for this method for each character. I think Estelle could work like the Rita method, but with Holy Rain. It does hit everything.
There is also 200 hundred man melee, so that one would be better than the 100 hundred man melee. You can unlock it doing a sidequest. As for estelle, you can farm the colosseum, you can set her to attack frequently and disable her healing artes, if you are low level set difficulty to easy and there you go, no need to farm near Zaphias.
Technically you already are powering them up as the weapon increases in strength relative to how many enemies that specific character has defeated/dealt the final blow to throughout the course of the game. however to fully unlock the weapon you need to get all 9 if you are playing the definitive version or 7 for regular and beat the final boss. you dont have to have them equipped. but yeah if you really wanted you could start this grind when you get yuri's abyssion
Yes it would work however, certain characters such as repede and Flynn who have pretty good AI mechanics would take all the kills and other characters such as estellise would suffer thus causing the rate in which they develop to be a little skewed. Unless you put everyone who you do not want to develop to defend.
No not at all. After you defeat the final boss with all 9 Fell Arms Collected (Definitive Version) or 7 (Standard Version). Leave the final dungeon for the cutscene. If youre Playing Definitive you do not need to visit Aurnion you just need to trigger the cutscene. Defeat the final boss, which will be tough btw. and then the game will allow you to make a save which will be right before you beat the final boss. so you can exit the dungeon and go take on the two optional dungeons. Necropolis and Labyrinth :)
I did the last fight and was like wheres the 3rd fight? Found out I needed to leave first then re enter and proceeded to catch those hands for a good few fights.
Hearing this, I think my brother's method was better. Find a good spot in the telescopic graveyard, set all to Auto, go away for an hour. The only two things that limited him were the max time a battle can be, and if you spam Meteor Swarm too much it'll outright crash the game.

and play ONLY on EASY mode and equip the Risky ring as well BUT do it AFTER you have 10x exp and are at least LV 150 here.
Tried this with level 65 Flynn. He didn't last. He got to around 75 enemies, got KO'd against Clint. Any ideas?
I started doing this with the 200 man melee and reading manga while doing it haha.
The best way is the lord of the plain just set it up right and u can walk a way for two hour or soo
Honestly patty and Flynn's are the last ones you'll get because there in the hardest dungeon.
Can you start powering up your fell arms as soon as u get yuri's fell arm or do u need to get all first?

Would team Arena work too?

Do you have to do new game + to awaken them?

that fight was tough!!! i played on hard and it almost broke me. took me about a day.
What is the max
9999 is the max stat you can get on the fell arms.
i wish the "auto" ai was smarter. all you want it to do is spam attacks and it just sits there doing nothing 80% of the time
