I’m like a 1 month player I think I’m still in the middle place of playing Rok I have 1.9m in my main then 700k in my another acc I don’t know that random teleporter can TP over kingdoms is it me or I’m wrong?

it can't,
This map is the "KvK map" it's a 2 months long event that takes place after your Kingdom has an official King in the middle.
The event places 8 different kingdoms together for a 4 V 4 against each other, the losing side gets invaded in the last 2 weeks of the event, that's why I was able to get in their zone and teleport all around :) this event is now over and all these guys are back in their original home kingdom
