The expertise on Ramesses that has a chance to fully nullify the opponent’s healing works against a large set of commanders, including Richard, Constantine, Zenobia, Joan, Takeda, etc. And if all archer army, he reduces the skill damage taken. These 2 skills in combination makes him quite tanky and damaging at the same time. He is also doing a little bit of healing, so doing it all.

Unfortunately 1v1 doesn't represent the actual war scenario in ROK, that's why OV! are doing 3v3 test which brings a different result and that's why they dominate OL and are 2 times champion..

Its all about skill damage resistance. Ramesses can win vs khan, guan easily coz he resists 30% skill damage.

Lol no he is not the best commander in the gamel, u can argue and say he is one of the best 1v1ers in the game, he counters everybody in 1v1 because he cuts the healing wich is the best skill to win 1v1s lol plus most of the healing comms are infantry wich is exactly what archers are meant to counter. Saying he is the best overall commander in the game is just your own crazy idea ;)
