In the "HERE AND NOW", I strongly disagree with Dr. Mowadat Rana's optimism. I am sorry to say that he has oversimplified, rather vulgarised the 15:85 neuron concepts. Are we talking about decades or centuries? No, it's about the humans we know and have known, who are now undergoing a kind of morbid transmutation.
Doctor Sahib, the given human, you as well as me, should know that dehumanisation actually started long ago with industrialisation. AI has only accelerated dehumanisation at an exponential rate. It is not a fear, it is a reality we can see and experience all around at physical as well as feeling level.
Doctor Sahib, you are a psychiatrist. You should know kids are losing focus and peripheral awareness because of screen addiction, and becoming sedentary. It is not only a catastrophe at psychological and cereberal scale, but also at physical and bio-medical level.
Humankind has entered a new phase of (reverse) evolution. A lot can be said; but I was expecting that you would say it is in fact for Ahmed Javaid Sahib, and people like him, to speak on the question that was raised.
