This was such a beautiful and magical experience. Thank you for sharing with us! I can only imagine what it must have felt like to listen to the violin playing the song you walked down the aisle to, while in Paris looking at the Eiffel Tower, celebrating your birthday with the love of your life. What a lovely experience! What a touching video. Honestly I had a bad morning but now feel so much happier after seeing a lovely day shared by you. Thank you
Thank you very much for this video ! I have never been to Versailles because there are too many tourists ! But this method using Lingonberries seems to me the best suited !
We are going to stay in Versailles at the end of the year. Now that we’ve seen this vlog we’re even more excited. Our trip is for my birthday so I’m hoping I get a cake too. Which suite did you stay in? We’re staying in the Madame de Fouquet.
Thats the one we stayed in!!! Omg you're going to love it. I'm in Paris right now and went to have high tea at Le Meurice. It looks so much like Versailles. I'm on Instagram @heyhayleyb if you want to check out my stories from today!
@@heyhayleyb Now we’re super excited, wow what a suite. I can not wait to walk around the Hall of Mirrors alone. We’re going to Paris afterwards and staying at The Ritz. We’ll have to go to Le Meurice for high tee. I’ll go find you right now on IG. Let me know if you have any other place you think we can’t miss other than the obvious. Lucky you being back in Paris.
Hi, I’m booked to go next year can’t wait! Found your video interesting. How did you manage to get the upgrade to the room? Was it just coincidence that was the room they gave you?
Omg im so happy for you! You will love it. I hope to go again next year. It was a total surprise that I got the room upgrade. It was my birthday and I was one of the very first people to have booked this place (before photos were even available) so maybe that helped. @@heyhayleyb it’s a once in a lifetime experience and as a huge Versailles enthusiast it’s something I couldn’t wait to do when I first read about it. Okay thanks, I’ll just ask see if there’s anything going when we get there.

We got there at about 11am and they went ahead and let us in our room and let us use the golf carts. Then we packed up our stuff early that morning so while we were on the tour that morning, they moved our suitcases for us. I don't think we left that day until almost 2pm!!

Yes! It is on palace grounds. It's not the main building but is right next to it. You would need to have a ticket to enter the area is where this building is. Kind of like how the Petit Trianon is a separate building.
@@heyhayleyb I would’ve also. It was the song in the trailer which drew me to it. The song is so sad but for some reason, also so powerful and puts off a “Sun” vibe. It’s quite magical the emotion it becomes without even knowing the story. How did you get this version?

Actually really good lol super clean and I think they have a signature scent diffused of like white tea and oranges. I think I remember seeing those scents listed somewhere lol the towels and everything smelled like it. It was great
Yes its very expensive but worth every penny to me for the experience. They have cheaper rooms I originally booked but was graciously upgraded to this one.
