I live in Elkhart and I've seen the police do some dirty shit I watched a man turn around and put his hands behind his back and the whole time talking shit to the officer and the officer grabbed him and suplexed him onto his head on the sidewalk.
I'm not sure but from what I heard from others that man is now paralyzed so you should look into that it happened down in the hole.

Being domestic terrorists and road pirates for corrupt corporate America is what law enforcement does best and most often these days.
    All cops are bad.
There's no such thing as a good enforcer. The whole "good/bad cop" question can be disposed of much more decisively. We need not enumerate what proportion of cops appears to be good or, listen to someone’s anecdote about his uncle Charlie, an allegedly good cop. We need only consider the following:
    1) Every cop has agreed as part of his job to enforce laws all of them.
2)Many of the laws are manifestly unjust, and some are even cruel + wicked.
3)Therefore, every cop has agreed to act as an enforcer of laws that are manifestly unjust, or even cruel + wicked.
Thus, there are No Good Cops.
    Dr. Robert Higgs
One of the founding fathers of this once great country said, " Government at its very best is a necessary evil and at its worst it is an intolerable one." And its been a long time since its been at its best.
The Bill of Rights was written to protect you from the government. Most of what was written after that enslaves you to corrupt corporate America. Cops and courts hate it. Most cops know little if anything about the bill of rights. Yet they swear an oath to uphold the bill of rights. Being in violation of their oath is grounds for termination.
It's a wonderful country when Americans can have their constitutional rights violated daily. And, the treasonous perpetrators are rarely held accountable for their treacherous actions.
If the First Amendment doesn't work to fix this broken corrupt government. Groups of people will start using the 2nd amendment to fix it instead of rogue individuals with nothing to lose. A storm is brewing. Everyday more and more people feel like they have been abused and violated by power tripping pignorant law enforcement. And crooked corrupt courts. They are earning more hate daily.
"A nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people." - John F. Kennedy
"It is hard to imagine a more stupid or more dangerous way of making decisions than by putting those decisions in the hands of people who pay no price for being wrong."
    - Thomas Sowell

Jerseyville, IL is now selling permits that allow someone to close your road and take private property for public use.
The public is allowed to trespass, walk, stand, sit, display, put up canopies, drive and park on private property without permission, due process, prior notice, or compensation.
The city says their permit does not allow this, but the police refuse to cite or make anyone leave.
The police tell you that you do not own your property.

@@johnmicalizzi126 You totally misunderstood me. Aside from wondering what generation you meant since the phrase is very old, I simply said that it's an informal "rule of thumb" (a phrase you ought to look up if you don't understand it). Is English your first language? I was referring to your saying something about a generation advising people not to speak of politics or religion. That social convention, which is all it is, is for polite company and has nothing to do with freedom of speech. Of course you're free to say whatever you want but that social convention was not intended the way you appear to have taken it.
