So look, I came at you pretty hard for changing your diet. I went full alkaline vegan for almost a year. It had (has) great bemefits, but I wound up needed to change my diet as well. In turn, I'm a lot healthier physically & mentally. I still incorporate all my alkaline vegan meals, but I add a lil fish or chicken in there. My lab work looks a lot better now. My bad for being so judgmental.

Hi Tish! I absolutely love your recipes but sadly I can only give very few of them a try. At the moment I live in a flat where I don't have access to an oven or a blender. I know you can't respond to every wish of your viewers but I'd be really thankful if you made a video in which you'd share recipes for which you only need a stove just like the first recipe in this video. That'd be so great cause tbh I'm really running out of ideas here ;)

Might be able to substitute turnip, or sweet potato, or carrot. It'll taste different but it will still be good!
