- HTRC sent me the P20 Pro charger to review. The P30 is a pretty good battery charger so I decided to go ahead and review it's little brother!

Thanks for the useful information you had in your video , I am about to buy HTRC P20 However I wonder how long it will take to charge 120 AH gel battery
If you discharge the battery to 50% then you're looking at 3-4 hours of charging. Thanks for the comment.
This charger didn't quite make the output it was rated for at 20 amps. Would you rather go with the 30 amp charger? Thank you for the review and the video!

If your solar charge controller is wired to the battery and you attach the leads from the AC charger to the battery, will it kill the charge controller? Do you need to detach the charge controller or otherwise remove it from the circuit?
I've charged multiple batteries with Charge controllers and battery AC chargers attached and have never had any issues. As long as the AC charger matches the voltage of the battery you should be good. Thanks for the comment.

@@OffGridBasement I’ve had the same battery charger for 30 yrs and never dropped it.
HTRC has a pretty good rating, i was looking into buying their charger that can charge a 36 volt battery.
I really don't have any complaints again HTRC. They run cool and work well. Thanks for the comment.
