I'm looking forward to picking both of the books up at some point, though probably not the special editions. But I've absolutely been enjoying the new Dune films and just the entire look, feel and mood of them. So much of that starts at the drawing board/computer and it looks like they give you a lot of info in these books. I really want to get the books connected to the Dark Souls games and Elden Ring, the designs in those games are so interesting. As far as signatures, they are nice to have, I do enjoy that when I get some of my kickstarter books signed, though I think it's a bit more special to get something signed in person if you can, easier said than done though. I picked up a few of Cory Godbey's books recently at Emerald City Comic Con and just being able to get them signed and spend time talking to him about his art and career was fantastic. Anyway, great review, that book looks so nice. Cheers
Yeah, of course it matters more if you had just a second to get smth signed personally. If you live far from any conventions happening, the better alternative is to buy it signed though. I mean, if your goal is to build a collection that is usually the preference.
