Here's a tip use the AO9NO3 mosfet to get much better sound quality . You can find this mosfet in a broken ESC

Thanks for sharing such a good video to watch and apply the circuit. I have done it using DC power supply almost 5V and the transistor draws around 750 mA! Which leads to increasing dramatically in the temperature of the transistor, it takes couple of seconds. By the way I didn’t use a heat sink, should I?
