Thank you for taking the time to watch our video for this Toyota Camry side view mirror replacement. We specialize in pre-painted auto parts for all makes and models. The link for this mirror is above. Driving with a broken or missing side view can be dangerous but also illegal. Let us show you how to get this done in less than 10 minutes.
    TOOLS NEEDED:
You will need a 10mm wrench or socket wrench with a Phillips screwdriver. A panel clip removal tool is optional. You can remove the panels with your hands!
    PROCESS:
Japanese cars are some of my favorite cars to work with. The Japanese cars are very straightforward to work on and fairly simple. Most mirrors will have an interior mirror cover. You can easily pull this off with your hands. Next, we have to remove the hidden screws on the door panel. This Camry door panel has 3 screws, one behind the door handle, one under the window control module, and one under the armrest. Once all these screws are off, you can pop off the door panel itself. Start by popping or pulling off the bottom and work your way up. Most of the time, the door panel hooks over the door up top. You do not have to fully remove the door panel or the window control module, we let our hang. This should expose the wire harness for the mirror. Now you can unscrew and unplug the mirror. Now that your mirror is off, you are ready to install your newly painted mirror, hopefully by ReveMoto. Make sure that the mirror has a rubber seal to prevent leaks and road noise. Follow all the steps backward to install all the mirrors and panels. Please let us know if you have any questions in the comments.

I can change my mirrors but What if I want to upgrade to heated mirrors? I have a 14 Camry

Great question. We'd say you have a 50/50 shot of it working properly. Some cars have plugs, you just need the mirror and vice versa. Chat with our staff online and we might be able to cross-reference our plugs for a heated and non-heat mirror. Just mention this comment and that you came from TH-cam. www.revemoto.com

What is the wire cable for?

That is so the mirrors can have power, so it can move up and down, left and right.
