Yes. You read that correctly. I finally did it. I played a WHOLE year of Stardew Valley as a Fisher. There are definitely some twists, because of course it's a modded playthrough, and the full list of mods are listed further below!

I was so surprised to see the fishing trawler mod as that is actually a mini-game in Old School Runescape (originally released in 2003)! It's a nice touch that they kept the captain's name as Murphy. The only thing the mod is missing is the kraken that attacks your boat!

40:00 i haven’t finished the whole video (loving it btw) so idk if you’re gonna mention this but choosing tiller would still be beneficial because it leads to artisan because smoked fish are an artisan good (it’s why you can’t sell them to Willy directly). the profit of iridium quality+fisher+angler+artisan is one of my preferred methods of making money in my perfection save

I can't wait to finally be able to play 1.6! I really like fishing cause I just sit down and just relax 😂 I do love this type of challenges because it forces you to adhere to a certain thing. I normally do this with mining aswell, taking a whole season to do skull cavern or the mines to stock up so the other seasons I can work on the rest of the skills❤

If you’re looking to do perfection (or just catch all the fish) with this series, I’ll warn you that some fish in the Fish of Stardew mod were broken when I played with it. I had to go into the mod and fix some of the code to make the moray eel and some other fish catchable
