Unfortunately most of the "ahi" on the mainland is gassed with Co2 and vacuumed bagged. It sucks!!

You guys did alright. I envy you all for what you do. I fish commercially in Maine but we only have blue fin tuna which are highly regulated. It would definitely be a blast to catch fish like you and your crew.
