Thank you so much for your brilliant tour of Regatta. I'm onboard in April for 28 nights and I think I'm going to be very comfortable. The ship looks amazing with some beautiful places to relax.
@@NudeDragons French Polynesia and Hawaii are incredible destinations and we really enjoyed visiting them. We like to explore independently and we saw and did so many wonderful things. Unfortunately Oceania over promised and under delivered in our opinion, particularly with dining expectations and unfortunately they cancelled two ports without a full explanation.
Thanks, this is helpful. We are heading to Alaska onboard the Regatta in late June 2024. We are a bit concerned about the "bad" reviews of this ship. What are your thoughts?
The one thing that bothers me about Oceania's cruise ships is the dated looking décor. I prefer the more modern look of Viking or Ponant cruise ship interiors. Oceania's restaurants and lounges look like 1990's retirement homes.
Hi Danny I really do enjoy your tours think they are great, but why oh why do you and others keep referring to complimentary. Complimentary means free what they offer is NOT free it is included in the cruise fares that is what everybody gets.Complimentay means something given to you on top of what you have paid for the cruise. So many get this simple English Grammar wrong.
Danny afternoon tea is NOT complimentary. Complimentary means free ,same with the one internet package. It is included in the fare a passengers pays, so not complimentary at all. I enjoy your videos very much having said that.
What are you smoking???.. you said complimentary =free. As you don't pay for these items they are f4ee.. ie complimentary. Sheesh ....I hope I don't meet your level of IQ on the trip !!!
We love great evening entertainment, and having lots of activities during the day. So my first impression was that we would also be bored on Oceania. However after more than a dozen cruises on the major cruise lines, lately we've found ourselves making lots of onboard reservations, continually standing in lines, searching for a nice place to sit, rushing to the show before all the seats are gone, and paying extra for basic things like soda and water. At the risk of being bored during the small number of sea days, we're giving Oceania a try. As a minimum, we should at least wind up with better food, better service, and a nicer cabin.
Seriously? Why are pronouncing it Oceana when it’s obviously Oceania? Mispronouncing it undermines your credibility. I do appreciate the tour, though, but it’s irritating to hear you mispronouncing the name.

4:43 Any place on the ship to stand forward to take pictures, etc. without those blue tinted wind screens?

Geez I'd be really bored on this ship.

@@DaveM-FFB Wishing you the best and hope you enjoy your Oceania Cruise!
I’m totally over the huge ships, too crowded too many queues.
