Thanks for making this. My Toro's electric starter lower bolts vibrated out. It was hanging by it's switch wire. The manual does not show the context of the rest of the machine, so this was handy to have. Gave me advance knowledge of what i needed to do and minimized the discomfort of my freezing garage.
3:48 It seems like he said it needed to be removed, and sounded like something was slipped off and then put right back on again, but it was out of view of the camera, so I can't tell for sure. At 4:04 It needs to be installed with the cap over the tip.
