@@biensantos1132 if it’s not reachable, don’t try. You don’t want to break something or get something stuck in the air purifier. What you can try is to use compressed air or use a blower to clean it. That’s about it. We do not usually clean the fan area . If the air purifier is not used for a period of time, you can consider bagging it up to prevent dust from forming within the air purifier. We use our air purifiers and the Xiaomi on a daily basis and never had to care about the fan area getting dusty .
Hi Raajika, like you, many others will think that after you have replaced the filter , the change filter light will go off. From our experience with different models of air purifiers, we have not come across an air purifier smart enough to detect a used filter from a new filter. This will take a lot of sensors and many hours of testing to determine when a filter is dirty enough to be replaced. The simple way that manufactures use is by using a timer. As such, the air purifier does not know how dirty the filter is. It only knows when to inform you to replace the filter when the time is due. Ok, the simple answer to your question is you have to manually reset the reminder whenever you replace the filter. Press and hold on the reset button and the timer will reset. For HEPAPAPA, we don't even bother resetting it anymore because we go by these signs as to when to replace a filter. 1. Filter turns to a darker colour. 2. Musky Smell. 3. Wind from blower feels weak or stuck. You might be running the air purifier in a very dirty environment but it still will only remind you to replace it when the set interval is up. Replace it based on the 3 signs above and you're good to go!
