I was into bodybuilding in my college 2nd year, but i had to discontinue due to lack of time and protein requirement for my body which was goes around 180gm. Now I have got placement and will continue my bodybuilding journey from Jan again, and i am very excited about it. I feel very incomplete without my body in shape cause naturally i am a little fat guy. If you are reading this, remember Fitness and Bodybuilding are two very different journey, Fitness require mindfulness while bodybuilding require devotion. Make your goal clear cause in bodybuilding you gotta need more resources, means more expenses.
Love your channel. Thanks a lot. I am on Level 2. I bike 20km to-and-fro for work everyday. Go to the gym 2-3 times a week (but do only some weight lifting, quite basic). I go for a run weekly, play some sports during the weekends or go for a swim. I haven't started strength training because I don't enjoy it like other exercises. But I have been struggling to lose weight in the last 3 yrs now so will definitely consider it. Although I haven't lost weight, my body composition has changed a lot since the last year when I included gym, swim sessions and whey protein in my diet. Feel a lot stronger, have lost fat, feel more agile and most importantly my recovery after workouts has increased. Other added benefit is my skin and hair has improved quite a lot.

i am 32 year old woman who goes to gym 3 days a week for 1 hour and I do 10 minutes walk on the treadmill and then weight lifting. then I try to do yoga for 30 minutes 3 days a week. its my active rest. helps with recovery and mobility. so, I guess I come under level 3. my weight is 65 kg right now. my goal is to reach 60 kg. so, I take around 100 gm protein. some days its in 90s and some days its over 100. i think it should average to 100. if I am eating vegetarian meals then I take 2 scoops of whey but if I eat nonveg meal in day and night then I don't take whey and if I eat i veg and one nonveg meal then i take 1 scoop of whey. I usually do 2 meals and 1 snack when I eat nuts and fruits.

I have been practicing this for 2 months, believe it or not the Quality of Sleep is beyond Explanation. Apart from this the Bowel movement has also Improved a lot.

Mere locality me gym access nahi ha aur mere parents bhi in sab chizo ko generally neglect kar dete h. I am currently financially dependent on my parents, isliya I do home workouts, mostly pushups and basic mobility. 100gm protein sounds absurd to my parents, but still I try to maximize my protein intake

Jyada protein consume karne se creatinine badh jata hai aur urine mai protein + ho jata hai
