- MY FIRST GRINDR HOOKUP EVER AND WHY I CRIED?
It is a Grindr Hookup story time guys. My first Hookup ever. I don't know if i can call it a hundred percent hookup but we did a lot of stuff. And then you ask me what's up with cry? Watch till the end. We all wanted to experience hookups with guys and i am not an exception. My first time when i was 19 years old. I remember it like yesterday. And of course classic - GRINDR experience. So please don't be so judgmental in this video. I did my best now to learn how things work!

You cried because it was just a release of emotion. You had so many thoughts rattling around your head, so when you left his house all the emotion you had held inside came out in tears.
It is always risky to guess how another person is feeling. But, since you invite us to guess, I will base it on my experience with many others' stories. I believe your crying is the result of a final release of very deeply stored emotions and also very great disappointment. Your whole life, you suspected who you are and had to hide it and even hoped it would not be true. So, now, finally, you have this confirmation and experience. BUT, also, you were so very disappointed. This is such a big event - your first gay experience, something to confirm and open up your soul to match with your body and your heart. It should be special. It should be celebrated. It should be something to be shared and cherished and adored and remembered and celebrated. But, NO, it was cheap and sad and scary and not something you want to remember. So many gay people coming out have this experience. This is why you cried.

I would guess that your crying was a kind of emotional release. You had invested so much energy and thought into your sexuality and it was such a huge thing mentally that when it finally became real, all the emotions flowed at once and overwhelmed you. Something like that happened to me once.
I had to think back to when I was around 18 and I remember hooking up with guys, having sex, and then afterward feeling empty, sad, because there was no real emotional connection. I can honestly say that having sex with someone you love and are in a meaningful relationship with, is much better. On the other hand, now that I am older and emotionally jaded I can also say that empty sex is better than no sex. LOL

I think it was just your way of releasing all your nervousness.. You experienced something you hadn't really planned on and part of you may have enjoyed it but at the same some regret the way it happened xx

I agree with Nick about the release thing, but I don't think you were being used. You were both there for the same thing. He didn't pressure you for more than you could cope with. In fact it sounds as if he was sensitive. I would count this as a positive experience. You've probably got it all worked out now, given the time lapse.

It's a normal feeling! It doesn't matter if you are a guy or girl, we all get emotional especially during that empty feeling afterwards when a hook-up is over! Don't beat yourself up over it. It happens especially after your first experience.

I think you gave a perfect example of why sex should not be something people do promiscuously, but should instead be something reserved for someone you actually care about. No one should do anything that makes them feel used or dirty afterward. It tears at the soul, which is why I think you cried afterward. You deserved better and you knew it. Everyone does.

Before watching.. I’m a man who really want to be in a true relationship but after some wrong dates I found out the way to experience something new - have sex without any true love. After 2 woman I had sex with I felt like something destroyed my feelings inside. I stopped doing this thing before 3 girl I wanna meet. It’s good for people who really want to have sex and they have strong psyche. Hookup is not good cause there are sad kids without dad because blooper and it’s bad because we might make one woman cry cause she might fall in love in us and you don’t. Time to watch it

I would say society raises people to think virginity and first experiences have to be these big magical productions but most of the time they aren't..Being with someone more experienced as well as coming into your sexuality I can understand why you felt used especially when you were going through something new with someone alot more experienced.. But I would say in the grand scheme of things to take it for what it was and find the appreciation in it for your own peace.. It sounds like he was attentive and caring and had in interest in you.. Even though you both were in different stages of your experience it worked.. who knows.. maybe it can happen again down the line!

I never used social hook-up apps...because I don't like hook-ups, but I heard a lot of people have met their love thru these apps..so I'm really on the fence should I or not... seeing that all the bars are closed because of covid...How do you met like minded people now a days?..Art he seemed like a nice guy..but I understand first time jitters..wanting too but afraid too....just remember... I'll take a shot. You have a very good intuition, you sensed the guy did not have good intentions. Trust your intuition, some people put on a good show, but you can feel they are not being fully honest. Sometimes sex is a form of violence, even if it looks normal.
It's all about their internal thoughts attitude and intention. If it makes you feel like shit, don't do it.

You cried because you had built up emotional expectations in addition to the physical ones. You wanted something meaningful - many of us do. You cried because it wasn't there - and if you really examined it, the unreachable part of you cried because you feared it never would be. The feeling is not uncommon. Eventually we mentally separate hook up sex from relationship sex, and most of us who are interested in the latter do find it - with all of its flaws, imperfections and wonders.

Having your first experience as a hookup with an anonymous person is an assault against your personhood. You felt used because you were indeed used. He was clearly experienced and used to such hookups. Your were not. Your first experience should be something gentle, loving, and mutually explorative - preferably with someone equally inexperienced.
