great great product, wanted to buy the isteady v2s first, only downsides i saw were the fact that you cant have the ai tracker facing away from you & the lack of the extention rod
Can you compare this to the Insta flow 360? I know this video is sponsored but would appreciate your honest unbiased review of both to see which one wins out when comparing its mechanical operations, useful when running ,etc.
I have an old Pixel1 that needs externsl power to function. Its a nice lite phone with a reknowned great camera, which would be great if this gimbal could power it with a USBc cable and still be able to get an hour of shooting with it. Its almost impossible to replace the pixel battery, but the cam still works when plugged in. Does the V2 have a usb-c out/in for "accessories". Im going to label the v2 as "the Best of the Non-pro models", with the M6 being one of the top 2-3 semi-pro phone gimbals (or "the" best for many users).
I still can't pick one... theres not a "perfect choice" in the bunch. They could make one with the benefits of the v2 & the M6, but they wont so you are forced to buy both.
Bottom line... even tho this has more of everything you want, you still need to buy 2 gimbals. The V2 doesnt charge the phone, and it doesnt look like you can use the lav mic dongle plugged into the gimbal (like the M6). And adding the dongle adds weight, so you need to consider that. Love the selfie extention, tripod and included remote, but it doesnt have the weight capacity of the m6 and the usbc functionalities. The M6 has a selfie "rod" 4/20 screw in, as well as the tripod, usbc to add a battery, attach a usbc lav mic, and the ability to use lenses (added weight). And you can get a remote, but that all turns into an extra $150 over the cost of the V3. So if you are a serious phone gimbal user, you need both, or sacrifice whats less important... the convenience of the selfie extention and integrated remote, or the workhorse m6 with all its attachments (and maybe miss a selfie tube shot because you forgot to bring it). I wonder if the newer "fill light" and iSteady8 is much of an upgrade? I wonder if the m6 price will get more affordable, or include the remote?
i got my m6 for 172 that included tax and shipping and i bout the v3 but im sending it back bought for 125 tax and shipping included so its only a 47$ difference not much tho it isnt as compact Just get the m6 more bang for your buck if you ask me.. purchased both on Amazon also the refund for your return on these particular items will take upto 30 days to get back Just a heads up
Great video!
What will be your best travel vlogging gimbal? Thanks.
I will take this one into consideration when purchasing my gimbals
Excellente vidéo avec des explications claires, merci pour votre partage et pardon de ne pouvoir vous écrire en anglais.
Love this!!
I just got mine, it is worth the money 😊
Have they fixed the locking gimbal that fails?
Same to you? Wow!!!

Have you tried the Insta360 FlowPro which is for iPhones - looks similar and has built in tripod as well… not sure about detachable remote though
I haven’t tried the FlowPro, but I have tried the Flow. It’s quite good, but neither one has a detachable remote.
I have not seen any detachable remote on any other gimbal as well!

just get the m6 the v3 is more compact but i dont feel like its worth the loss of features honestly
