I only train endurance when I need to so then I'll be back on resistance training only for a few months and I want to see what level of endurance training has a negative effect on my HRV after a stint of resistance training only at my age (43, 44 by then)... if its all good I'll be going for the Ultra beast the following year!! a 26 mile off road run with 40+ obstacles!

Like sharing links, opening doors or even unlocking your phone :D and who would have thought that the little piece of twisted wire that's in every card in your wallet or security tag in a shopping mall is waterproof and doesn't need charging?
